She had one nail redone first at another shop and thats the only one left on her hand. She had them do a "Free repair" (a whole new set put on) and less than a week later.... all gone again! They refuse a refund because we refuse to let them do it again. They won't refund mine (2 oc which are missing now) but will do free repair. These are bad products or just bad work in general. The nails underneath are smooth! The nails pop off like press ones. Walmart selves have better to offer you. In 20+ years of having my nails done this has never happened. And I have now found a few other people that have experienced the same! Save your money and ho somewhere else! They refuse to even make it right. Gross business practices and even worse work!

Everyone even the nail tech was kind, accommodating, and they took me with no hesitation about 15 minutes before they were closing. But I would not go back. My hair is very important to me and I want it done right. I decided to take a chance on Tina Brown located at 2500 Crawfordville Highway. Telephone number 850-445-1292. This is not a fancy place but then again, I am not paying for a fancy place with my hair prices. Tina did highlighting,low lighting, trim, wash, and blow dry and it came out fabulous at a reasonable price. I mean she did a really really excellent job. I already made another appointment with her for two months from now, there is also a nail technician that works there called Kursten who does a great job and her only language is English.
