We ordered a custom couch which unfortunately had a big scratch upon delivery. It looked like the…read morescratch appeared while the delivery drivers were trying to fit the couch through the doors. We contacted the store and were assured that they will figure out an option to keep us satisfied. Within a week they offered us to pick up and reupholster the damaged half of the couch for free. Initially, we said yes but then changed our mind since the scratch was not really that noticeable unless you really look for it, and we didn't really want to spend weeks without half of the couch. Overall, this is a solid store with good selection and customer service, I just wish they were more careful with the deliveries.
