We ordered a custom couch which unfortunately had a big scratch upon delivery. It looked like the scratch appeared while the delivery drivers were trying to fit the couch through the doors. We contacted the store and were assured that they will figure out an option to keep us satisfied. Within a week they offered us to pick up and reupholster the damaged half of the couch for free. Initially, we said yes but then changed our mind since the scratch was not really that noticeable unless you really look for it, and we didn't really want to spend weeks without half of the couch. Overall, this is a solid store with good selection and customer service, I just wish they were more careful with the deliveries. read more

Awful customer service As soon as they sold the merchandise, they never even talked to you. Delivery was one week after when they promised and they did not even call me to let me know sofa was not ready. I called several times to ask what happened to my furniture and they said ooo yes it is not ready yet. Worse experience ever, when sofa came with one week delay , it was not the color that I wanted .I called them and some one answered the phone and said i have customer , i don't have time to talk!!!!!!! read more

I would give 0 stars. We bought a bed from here, it is very pretty but the legs are not strong enough. Everytime we slightly move the bed the legs fall apart. We told them to come fix it they came with something different and charged us 125 dollars that did not even fix the problem. I called them and told them it's the legs that have to be fixed not the sides of the bed and never heard back. They sell off shit that they can't even fix. read more
