Go to a custom shop, purchase an Apple CarPlay enabled radio, get it installed, and done right? Nope!!! I went from one shop to another to only be told it can't de done. Determined I called Infiniti and asked what could be done at all? Infiniti told me if it could be done Titan Motoring was the place to go. I called Titan Motoring that day. The Gentleman at the desk said you called the right place.. If it can be done "Ray" is the "Man".. Yes he is!! Ray made it happen. I now have Apple car play in my ride. They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

Your response to my comments does not add up. I came in and explained my problem and you asked me…read moreto return another day and a technician would troubleshoot the problem. I knew there was a charge to look at the radio and was completely prepared to pay an hourly rate for the inspection/work but was not given that option. The technician looked at the vehicle in the parking lot for five minutes and came in and told me there was nothing wrong with the radio and it was the best sounding radio he had ever heard. If you had told me up front that you do not perform service work, I would have accepted your decision and not made the appointment. If the technician had told me you do not perform service work, I would have left. Bottom line is you and the technician told me a lie because you did not want to state the truth. Bottom line is your business is not a customer focused business.
