    Terrible communication. Open whenever they want. Answer the phone on their own time. Very unprofessional.

Bought a Jeep from dealership next door & got promise of leather seats to be installed by Auto Trim. Once installed, seats were bubbling and leather was not tight. Took it back to them and they promised to fix the the seats. Took several months to get replacement parts in & then reinstalled. Once reinstalled, they then told me bad craftsmanship was only for front seats & that back seats were not included, which all seats were done poorly. My only fault (besides agreeing to get leather seats after the fact) was to not get the repair request in writing. When the story changed at Auto Trim, I thought their word was worth something, and I was wrong. I would avoid dealing with these folks based on my exchanges over the months to fix this. If you can't avoid it, then request everything in writing so you can hold them to account of what they promise. One last note - was speaking with owner about the shoddy work that was done, and this gentleman without a word just walked away from me & claimed I was nitpicking. He ended our conversation like I was his stepchild that he disliked rather than a customer. I showed him & his staff nothing but courtesy & respect in all my dealings with them, even when they cancelled on me, didn't return my phone calls & couldn't get things scheduled as promised. I really tried to work with them & get this issue taken of, but they missed this opportunity. And after all of that, to treat me in such a poor manner, I can only assume speaks to his character & commitment as a person (& that of his business). I posted 2 pics of the backseats to show the quality of the workmanship that Auto Trim claims to be acceptable. Update - received a call back from Auto Trim within a few minutes of leaving stating they didn't like unhappy customers & were willing to try to fix backseats. However, 9 months later of following back up with no answers. Wife just got into contact with them & they told her that they lost the replacements & for her not to call back. Please look closely at the photos of the shoddy work these guys did so you'll know what they have tried to pass off as their work. What those photos show is a reflection of their lack of expertise & professionalism in the upholstery industry. I would steer clear of these guys and by extension, the Columbia Jeep Dealership for not following through on their promises to new car purchasers.

    My name is Glenn Miller and here are my thoughts on Polaris and Columbia Powersports:…read more I brought my 2019 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP EPS 20th anniversary edition in for a complete service. Kurt in the service department took the time to explain to me what all was involved in the "C" service what it would cost. I agreed and asked about replacing the belt while they had it and he quoted the cost to which I agreed and added to the work order. I had some aftermarket parts that were Polaris approved and asked for an install price to do it while it was there...again, Kurt to time to explain to me what it would take to do it and quoted me a priced and I agreed to it. During the service a couple of parts were found to be in bad shape and in need of replacement and Kurt called me to let me know and ask before he just did it and hit me with an unexpected charge. I agreed the work should be done and Kurt quickly took care of replacing the parts. Then an unexpected situation arose with a very expensive part that was found to be bad and Kurt called me to discuss my options. Now remember my unit is a 2019 and WELL out of warranty, but Kurt suggested I let him contact Polaris to see if anything could be done on their end. Much to my surprise Kurt called me the next day to let me know that the Polaris techs had walked the service tech through a few steps to identify the issue with my part. It was determined that my part was IN FACT faulty and Polaris stood behind the part and sent a replacement to Kurt to install. The only cost to me on the part was the installation charge which was nothing in comparison to the cost of the part. All I can say is that Polaris, Columbia Powersports, Kurt as well as Brian in the service department all worked together to win me over as a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Service like I received is pretty much unheard of these days and I want to let it be known that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Columbia Powersports, their GREAT service staff and Polaris to ANYONE in need of their product or services!!! A++++++++++++ Service!! Thank you

    Columbia Powersports doesn't list prices on anything quads, UTVs, dirt bikes, nothing. When I asked…read morewhy, the salesman said, "that's what I'm here for." That line tells you everything you need to know. If a business hides prices, it's because they want control not to help customers. It's a shady, manipulative process that wastes time and insults anyone with common sense. In 2025, no serious buyer is playing guessing games. Transparency builds trust; secrecy kills it. This kind of "hide the number until you're in the office" nonsense belongs in the past. Post your prices, respect your customers, or keep losing them one by one.
