Last year, we took my son's Jeep here, paid over $1,000, and two days later had to take it to the Jeep dealership and spend approximately another $4,000. Despite that, we gave Cave Auto another chance. We dropped the Jeep off Monday and were very clear: it was running hot and my son HAD to have it back by Friday to drive to Knoxville for school. We were told the water pump and gauge were repaired and paid another $1,600. We picked it up and it was STILL running hot. We took it back yesterday, they kept it for hours, and we were told nothing was wrong with it. Today, the temperature gauge was approximately 3/4 of the way toward hot again. When I called, instead of simply saying, "Bring it back, we'll make it right," I got excuse after excuse. I was told to take it to a NAPA Auto Care Center and that apparently they have to "fix it in parts" to diagnose it. On top of that, he repeatedly brought up the fact that we had discussed possibly trading the Jeep in and said he thought we were going to trade it immediately. That honestly makes me question why that matters. Whether we trade it tomorrow or keep it another five years, if we paid $1,600 to repair it, the work should be done properly and the vehicle should be safe to drive. If there wasn't enough time to properly diagnose and repair it before my son had to return to Knoxville, SAY THAT. We would have made other arrangements. Don't squeeze the repair in, charge us $1,600, and then use the limited timeframe as an excuse when the original problem still exists. After all the excuses, I finally said keep the money, I'll leave a bad review and be done with it. His (Clint's response) response to me on the phone? "FUCK YOU, BITCH." Then he sent me a lengthy text accusing me of threatening his shop, his employees and their families because I said I would leave a negative review. I threatened NO ONE. Saying I will publicly share my experience as a paying customer is not threatening anyone. At the end of the day, we paid $1,600 to fix a Jeep that was running hot. It is still running hot. We brought it back and were told nothing was wrong. And when I became frustrated and said I would leave a bad review, the owner told me, "fuck you, bitch." You can defend your diagnosis. You can explain your warranty. You can disagree with me. But a business owner speaking to a customer that way is completely unacceptable. We will not be back and you shouldn't either.

Go to a custom shop, purchase an Apple CarPlay enabled radio, get it installed, and done right? Nope!!! I went from one shop to another to only be told it can't de done. Determined I called Infiniti and asked what could be done at all? Infiniti told me if it could be done Titan Motoring was the place to go. I called Titan Motoring that day. The Gentleman at the desk said you called the right place.. If it can be done "Ray" is the "Man".. Yes he is!! Ray made it happen. I now have Apple car play in my ride. It works flawlessly and the installation is prefect. He was very patient and explained everything throughly. Thanks again!

They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

The customer service was terrible overall (with the exception of Danny, who was the only one who seemed to actually care). They kept the car for two full weeks with almost zero communication. We had to call repeatedly just to get any kind of update. They claimed they had adjusted everything but could never provide the actual alignment numbers, repeatedly saying their printer "didn't work." After agreeing to replace the front arms to correct the severe negative camber, they still refused to show any before/after results. Every time we asked for updates, it was the same excuse: "Let me text the supervisor" but we never received any follow-through. When we finally got the car back, I lifted it at home and discovered the bent bolt holding the suspension to the frame was never replaced, even though it was clearly part of the issue. This shop is not equipped or willing to handle alignment work properly. They take your money and your time but deliver zero accountability or proof of work. I would not recommend Brian's Motorsports to anyone dealing with suspension or alignment issues. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
