Your response to my comments does not add up. I came in and explained my problem and you asked me to return another day and a technician would troubleshoot the problem. I knew there was a charge to look at the radio and was completely prepared to pay an hourly rate for the inspection/work but was not given that option. The technician looked at the vehicle in the parking lot for five minutes and came in and told me there was nothing wrong with the radio and it was the best sounding radio he had ever heard. If you had told me up front that you do not perform service work, I would have accepted your decision and not made the appointment. If the technician had told me you do not perform service work, I would have left. Bottom line is you and the technician told me a lie because you did not want to state the truth. This guy has put me off for two weeks telling me he's going to come get the radio out of my truck that he installed. I finally get the radio out of my truck myself and schedule it for Monday and he tells me he could take care of me I take off work. Come to the shop at 1:30 when I told him I wouldn't be there at 3:30. He tells me he's too busy today bring it back to Moore. If he works on mine it'll cost him $1000 because he has other customers in front of me. I will never do business again with this businesses. Not only is he extremely rude but he does not know how to schedule anything. Every time I call he gives me some excuse about how his helper is sick or something. Also I did find someone to install my radio in a reasonable amount of time. Whit bluff car care done a great job like they always do. Didn't put me of our lie to me about time. Traveling from Dallas to OH stopped at a rest stop and noticed my front drivers side tire was low. Drove to the next exit in Dickson, TN to put air in the tire. The tire would not hold air and I was still 8 hours from my destination in a town where I didn't know anyone. This was on a Sunday around 5:00 pm. I stopped at Walmart but they couldn't fix the tire because the split on the tire was too close to the side wall and they did not carry over sized wheels. My wheels are 22' tires. Since it was Sunday there were no tire shops open so I had to spend the night and wait until the shops opened on Monday. I called at least 7 tire shops. Either the number was disconnected or they did not carry the tire and would have to order one. I was getting quotes of $285.00 - $300.00 just for one tire. Not including tax. Also, if I had to have the vehicle towed it would be another $225.00. The last call I made referred me to Brad at Showtime Automotive. After explaining my situation Brad called around and found a tire for me in Nashville (approximately 40 miles away), he came by the hotel, verified the size of my tire, sent his employee to Nashville, had him come back and take the old tire off, took the tire back to his shop, put the new tire on, came back to the hotel and reinstalled the tire. Thankfully I paid less than the original $285.00 quote for the tire and did not have to pay extra to have the vehicle towed. Since the tire was so big it was rubbing on the nut securing the control arm. I called Brad back after hours. He met me at his shop and fixed the tire so it would not rub.
