I live in another state, 2 hour drive with a rental car that i had to get in order to get home. The repair shop said "we are going to be closed on Friday, we will leave your keys in it, out side the gates. When i arrived in Columbia, TN. I turned in my rental car i have had since Sunday. Enterprise car rental drove me to M&M repair shop & dropped me off. I started the truck and the check engine light was on! Yikes....NOW WHAT DO I DO? NO one in the shop, no emergency number posted on the building. I called enterprise car rental explained my situation, they have NO vehicles available! I'm out of state, turned in my only way to get back home. Enterprise said "call back in 30 to 45 minutes see if we can help. I called them, they got a return dropped off and they got it ready for me to be able to get back to Alabama. So, i have spent $305.00 car rental x 5 days, $230.00 charged by M&M to put a thermostate in my truck although they were not sure that was my problem seeing the information i supplied to them when my truck became disabled on I-65 and towed to their facility. ie; i chose M&M based on their reviews posted online as A-1 shop 5/5. Plus $186.00 for another weekend rental car to get back to Alabama. That's over $700.00 and it still is not fixed! Right now 1 star is too much for all the angwish and expense and i still am driving a rental that i found out today my auto insurance does NOT cover, one dime for having car rental on my auto insurance policy. It must be due to an accident or if say, a tree fell and hit my auto then it would cover but not when your stranded on the interstate and you have no vehicle and the only way home is to rent a car. What good is it? I thought in case of an emergency such as this 100 miles from home and your vehicle breaks down and you have to find a way back home waiting on repairs to be made. Now what do i do? Your person that parked my truck must have known the check engine light was on. It sat all night until i started it today and you think it just threw these codes between being parked and my start up. I am very angry and i just filled up with gas at the Franklin exit and there is 1/4 tank of gas left in my truck. I know you had to drive it to see what was wrong, but 3/4 of a tank of gas, that just added insult to this problem/nightmare! Very, very upset....

David and Rick both reached out to me much sooner than the time suggested and did amazing work on my vehicle not only that but gave me a fair price I didn't mind paying that was 1100 cheaper than Stan McNabb Chevy dealer also with much better customer service. I texted, I called, I emailed, and no help or support. How do you treat a recent customer that way? I was out $1650 for new front rotors and pads and refused to even respond to me, all despite being super communicative during the Sales price. Just shady. Buyer beware!
