This is a fantastic local guitar shop. They carry all sorts of top end gear--guitars, amps, pedals, and accessories. Matt and John are great! They have good recommendations, great customer service, and listen to the needs of the customer. Matt does excellent luthier work. He builds guitars and repairs them. His setups are spot on. Any modification you need, he can do--and at a great price. He just put together a strat for me to my exact specs. I couldn't give a higher recommendation. You've gotta check out this locally owned store, and get some great gear! read more

He then talked on the phone to his buddy for more than half of the class once he started it late. He also didn't call to notify me he had to get a tooth pulled so he wouldn't be able to come to his job to teach my daughter her last class because I knew it would be her last. Then when I politely called to ask for a refund for that last class session (that he didn't show up for or call to notify us about) he told me there were no refunds. Quite expensive for my daughter not learning anything.

The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's. This place should be ashamed of themselves. But of course their not.
