He made sure to answer every question and told me up front if he would not be able to do something. I always appreciate such honesty. I was set on getting my car wrapped in glossy military green, which he did not have on hand. But he went out of his way to research a vendor that supplied that color, even if he didn't know them very well. It was a risk, but it was worth it. It takes me forever to decide on a modification on any of my cars. But when I do, I do my due diligence in finding quality parts and installers. It is a good thing when I can also find a local shop to me. Not that I am afraid of going out of town to get something done but it is nice to support a local business. I finally decided to take the next step for my 2016 Dodge Challenger. I wanted to start off with wrapping my hood in a matte black. This is the first time I have decided to wrap a good vs just buying a carbon fiber or fiberglass hood and paint it. Did a quick search on Yelp and came across this business. At first this place is a bit hard to find. My Waze and Google kept pointing me to the building right at the intersection. Look for #1601 and it is on the backside of the building about half way down. Elizabeth is friendly and professional. Ron is friendly and knowledgeable. Both are great at what they do! They accommodate and understanding what you are trying to accomplish. I kind of surprised Ron on the day of dropping my car off that instead of the one inch gap I wanted I want to just continue the wrap to the top of the front bumper. I got a call about an hour into prep from Elizabeth that they may not have enough material to stretch it out and may have to set up another appointment and additional charges. I told her that was okay let's just go with the original plan. Two hours after dropping the car off it is done and I go to pick it up. Ron had a surprise and was able to get exactly what I wanted done! Car looks great but it looks like I may have to go back. this dude put your car on low priority he had my 1964 fleetwood for 5 months and it was only suppose to be for 3 weeks for a top wrap he kelp lying to me talking about next week next week he got paid cash to wrap my caddy top and sand the rust down but didn't know what he was doing on the the sand so after all them months he call me and claimed he couldn't wrap it and told about a guy he know that owns a body shop and would paint it the color I wanted for a additional fee of $350 total $$1350 instead of the original price we agreed on even though he did have my car ready in 3 weeks as he promised but 5 months. one cost of paint on my top which should've been at least 2 coats, and my interior got rips in it that wasn't there before from him figuring out how to take the interior panel s off.broke my mirror on the passenger side and did not tell me when I picked my car up! I got to driving and the mirror started flapping off, I called him he played dumb and than said the guy at the paint shop must've did it and didn't say nothing about it. he ordered me a new mirror but not a OEM part it was a after market mirror. I had to pay $190 to have it put on. if you deal with this guy be sure to pay with a credit card not cash ! read more

props to ron and his team for providing good customer service and being super accommodating. they wrapped the hood on my bk2 genesis coupe. they ran a special and i jumped on it. i was actually running over an hour late but he was cool and rolled with it. i had some chipping on my paint and ron was kind enough to point it out to me before getting started and put a bit of vinyl over it to see what it would look like. fortunately it didn't look too noticeable so i let them proceed. i appreciate that he pointed it out rather than have me see it and potentially be disappointed. the wrap on my hood was quick, maybe an hour and a half. ron explained how to care for it since i've never had it done before. a few days later i noticed some lifting and creasing near my hood vents (not their fault entirely) and he was able to fit me in and rewrap it properly for free. they have a warranty on their work so i was happy they were able to fix it. i also asked what the cost would look like to get the rest of my car wrapped up and the price seemed fair AND lower than other places i've checked out. it looks like they have a good selection of brands and colors to choose from which is pretty nice. overall i'd recommend this place. i'm looking forward to going back and having the rest of my car wrapped up, as well as my husband's. i hate the paint color on my car and have been looking for a place to get it wrapped up, so I'm really glad i found this place. most of all i appreciated how he treated me, most places having to do with cars tend to talk to women as if we don't know what we're talking about but it made no difference to them, all super respectful guys. highly recommend checking out their instagram and messaging through there! read more

I contacted a few places before coming across Phenom Customz. I called their number and spoke with a very nice woman named Elizabeth. She was very friendly and worked with my schedule to set up an appointment time that best worked for me. After speaking with Ron shortly after, I felt very comfortable leaving my Dodge Viper in their hands. He was very professional and had experience with vinyl wraps on many vehicles, which made me comfortable since the Viper has many curves. Plus, prices were very competitive with others that I spoke with in the local area. Their attention to detail was top notch. They properly prepared the surface and took great care with my car. Unfortunately, my car had a ceramic coating that would not let the vinyl properly adhere. We discussed other options and he even reached out to other auto detailing professionals to get the answers to every question I had. I am very comfortable recommending this company to anyone and would gladly do business with again, which I plan to. Update: Ron was able to reach out to different vendors and found a vinyl that would work with ceramic coating. I had them wrap my Mugen Spoiler and Roof. They use quality material, guarantee their work and product. You won't be disappointed. As for the owner, his name is Ron Jeremy and he's funny as fuck.
