I brought in my 2008 Scion XB in for an electrical issue which was fixed in a matter of minutes. I have used Mert's services twice--once to replace the clutch on my 2011 Mini Cooper hatchback, and then more recently for an entire engine swap (after my previous engine had an exhaust valve failure). Although they specialize in European cars, They serviced my Honda Accord for some basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc..) I was greeted right away by one of the owners(Marlowe) when i pulled up, which was great. Service was fast & employees were all friendly. Called and stop by to see them (after I saw all the 5 star reviews) about my just purchased M6 that was shifting badly and not running to full power...they explained how to use and drive the SMG transmission and the inherent issues with it...he then went to the car and reprogrammed the computer settings and OMG all the issues that another famous well known BMW repair shop in San Francisco said could run as high as $18,000 to fix were gone and they did it all in 15 mins for FREE!!! I have never had a better experience with a repair shop and I use to own a high end car dealership myself! They are my new forever go to shop and if you go anywhere else you are taking your financial future in your hands as BMW's are crazy expensive to fix now days and half of the shops are liars, thieves or incompetent.
