This particular limousine rental was an all-day booking for a group of four girlfriends touring Napa wineries. The day of the tour, I called Sal last-minute and asked if they could show up earlier than we had scheduled. Sal promptly arranged to have his driver, Lamar, arrive a half-hour earlier!! The car was clean and stocked with water and champagne on ice, as promised. The driver, Lamar, was courteous, professional, and a true gentleman. When he arrived to the surprised guests, he took their pictures and helped with their bags. Then he patiently drove the four women around to the wineries they had previously decided upon without question. When the girls ran out of ideas, he was quick to suggest one of his favorite wineries - and THAT one turned out to be everyone's favorite of the day!! Thank you, Lamar!! But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I had engaged the…read moreservices of another driver for a recent trip, and he had a personal conflict come up at the last minute. Cinnamon agreed to take over the job, and boy I'm glad she did. She arrived in her custom sprinter van, complete with sound system and neon lights (which can be turned off, of course, if that's not your thing). We were greeted with a bottle of champagne to start the morning. Cinnamon is cheerful, friendly, and a great driver. We had some windy hill roads that she expertly navigated and ensured we knew they were coming up so we weren't mid-dance party when the van took a sharp turn. She communicates the timing and expectation at each location perfectly, and the winery folks knew her and were very complimentary. When we had a bit of a bump in the road (one stop didn't have our reservation) Cinnamon helped us pivot and find a substitute stop at the last minute (which can be hard in Napa's "reservation only" world). We really enjoyed Cinnamon's company, laughed a lot, and will keep her number handy for future trips and recommendations to friends.

One of the wineries we had scheduled a reservation at had some issues and needed to close early. We found out on our way to our second stop and before we even sat down, Andy texted us to let us know there were some additional options that he could book a reservation for us instead. He was so sweet, we loved our two days with him!

Rated 3.5 Just…read morereturned from a family vacation to Six Flags, for which we stayed at this nice establishment. Overall the experience was good and we may choose to stay here again. Checking in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly! We were arriving late night on Friday so I had called that day for them to leave a note on my reservation. We noticed their small store next to the front desk with food, drink, and personal care items available and thought the selection was well done (I didn't buy anything from it so cannot comment on the prices). The room was clean and tucked in the back by the parking lot. We were actually able to see both the theme park coasters and our car from our room. Score! Unfortunately, this is where they lose points for me. The options of what to watch on the TV were meh with bad channels and half of them losing signal. The Wifi was spotty and slow, but useable. The bed was soooo hard that I tossed and turned both nights and ended up with a sore back and neck. The other members of my party did too, one of which was sleeping on the sofa bed and commented it wasn't so comfortable either. This is obviously a personal preference, but it is a big deal for someone about to go enjoy the day at a theme park! The walls are thin, being able to hear people pretty clearly in their rooms as you walk through the halls ( *.* ) and when in your room, but we didn't have actual issues that stemmed from this. We ate from their breakfast spread both days we were there. They offered several juices, coffee, premade omelets, sausage rounds, potatoes, muffins, scones, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal with regular and almond milk, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and two waffle machines with vanilla or red velvet batter. The food was meh lacking in flavor, but it also wasn't the worst we have had so we were happy it was included in the price to stay. On a side note, Dutch Bros is a literal 1 minute walk from the entrance of the hotel! Blessedly they had a shuttle that ran all day from Six Flags to the hotel which saved us $50 in parking. We had to call when we were ready to be picked up and they were there within just a few minutes. We decided to swim and enjoy the hot tub after our day at the park. It was fairly full of people and one of the cabana mattress covers was ripped up making it unusable, but the experience was fine. There were towels available by the door and the outside pool was heated, but still cool enough for enjoyment. The hot tub helped our sore muscles, but the jets aren't really usable on your body as they are way too strong. Ultimately, if the beds were softer and the breakfast a little better we would have no hesitation returning next time we wanted to go to Six Flags. We may try another hotel next time since those are important, but we wouldn't say no to staying here again. Thanks for the friendly service and clean hotel!

A solid 3.5. It lost half a star for my post stay follow up which I will get into…read more I arrived at 1-1:30am and the doors were locked which is fine, I get it is for safety. They have a buzzer/door bell you ring. I rang it over 3 times while the staff stared at me and my 10 year old through the window. I don't think myself and a 10 year old look very threatening but maybe we do. I get inside, get out my ID and credit card. They find my reservation and tell me the deposit is $116.18. Kind of a weird amount but it is late, I have been traveling on a plane, in a car and am coming up on 19 hours awake so I don't care I tap my card, get the keys and leave. Check in took way longer as the employee was telling me "it didn't go through." It looked like it went through on my end but we got a room so I didn't care. Got to the room and basically crawled into bed. Woke up at 7:30 and decided to go down to breakfast. They had 2 waffle machines (one that makes a big waffle and another that makes 4 small waffles) they had 2 different kinds of batter (one was the regular kind and the other was banana bread) they had cheese omelettes, some kind of sausage, potatoes, scones, muffins, bagels, hard boiled, eggs, yogurt, fruit (bananas and apples) and cereal. Several juices, hot water for tea, hot cocoa and coffee. The omelette was meh. The potatoes were meh. Overall it was included with our stay so I was happy. Went upstairs to shower and get ready for checkout. The room was clean and we were able to shower, pack up and get ready to leave. Introduced my kid to old school Scooby doo episodes while we waited to check out. Headed downstairs to check out and asked if they store luggage since we were going to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and I had an SUV with no cover and worried about the car being broken into. They store luggage, tagged it, gave us claim tickets and we were on our way. Came by after SFDK and picked up our luggage, it was quick and easy. I got home, checked my credit card so the charge as pending and knew it would drop off as we had been in our room all of 9 hours not enough time to do damage. Few days later charge goes through. I called the hotel. No answer. Called the Hilton 1-800 line and they were able to reach hotel. They charged me for the room "accidentally." I spent 15 minutes calling and being on hold to get the issue resolved so I docked half a star. We had a room that faced the road and due to this it was very hard to sleep as there was lots of car noise. We used a white noise machine and ear plugs which muffled it. Within our room it was the fridge I believe that keep cycling and making a loud metal clanging noise which could be heard with the noise machine and ear plugs. I woke up 6 hours after arrival not because I felt rested and ready to start the day but because I could not sleep due to all the noise in the room. I appreciated that I could adjust the room temperature and keep it nice and cool. Overall a good stay for my purpose. They had a pool we would have loved to use but it didn't pan out with our schedule. I would stay here in the future but request a room not facing the road. Another odd thing about the room is when we got in, in the wee hours of the morning the traffic noise was really loud. I walked over to the window and it was slightly ajar. I closed it and locked it (was on the 3rd floor) but I was shocked you could open the window. I feel like other hotels I have stayed at the window does not open. Just something to keep in mind if you stay here particularly on lower floors.
