They used to be good then ownership changed. Theyre pretty careless and often times mess up orders. Service is terrible, sometimes these kids cant even take my order because they cant speak english. And these are high school/college kids. At least get someone to man the cashier who speaks decent English and can take an order. Just the other day I bought sandwhiches like half a dozen sandwhiches. None of me and my friends could eat them because of how spicy they were. The person never asked if i wanted them spicy and when I went there before the summer, sandwhiches werent spicy. From the six sandwhiches, I think we had a cup or cup and a half of jalapeños. I called them and asked and they told me that sandwhiches have always been spicy (first time out of a dozen sandwhiches that it has been spicy). Also, they store and yelp both say they have wifi. They even have a network named Phi Coffee and Tea. Me and my friends all went there, got drinks and food and tried to do work. When I asked about wifi they said they didnt have it. I showed them the network and then they blatantly lied and said they didnt have any? Definitely not the place to go as food isnt great, service isnt great, they have bad service, and the store itself is pretty run down. Neighborhood isnt great, dirty, messy asian grocery next door and the back of the cafe is some old asian restaurant. The decor looks nice, but numerous occasions the light fixtures' bulbs have popped and they left a broken chair there and when I sat down, a 1 inch nail went through my jeans and into my behind. Their pho is a little inconsistent seems like it depends who makes it, I've had some watery bowls and some rich. Portions are on the light side for meat and noodle, portion to price is poor. Service here is pretty slow even when not busy. Seems like everyone working here doesn't want to be there and it reflects in the food. read more
