I love their food! Delicious, generous portions and reasonable price. Heo rừng xào lăn is my favorite.. it's a big portion that you can share with 2-3 people. Bún riêu cua đồng, bún bò Huế, bánh canh are really good. Bánh bao is the best in the area... better than other stores in Arlington like Bistro B , better than Lee's sandwich in Garland. We always buy 4-6 banh bao. I love supporting the owner- she works hard with her kids. read more

I actually followed the chef here when I found out she had opened own her food place. I usually get the grilled pork from where she was prior . The meat is always plentiful along with herbs and more importantly grilled tasting. Now that this is a food to go spot in the Ben thanh plaza food court. It is convenient to get food to go and grocery shop as well. I have tried the thai green tea and it was also subtle and delicious. Larry told me that they make traditional dishes towards the end of the week so I msde sure to come back. I got the ga kho gung (chicken braised with ginger), soup with bitter melon and eggplant sautéed. Now I have dinner taken care of. I really was looking for this kind if family own place that has various dishes so that I don't have to full our cook sometimes. Meat dish, veggies side and soup. Also, had their mini desserts that is green tea leaves with coconut filling. I also got banh bao for snacks. I will try their banh bot loc and beef salad next time. Came to get those mini little green pastries but they didn't have it today, because the lady who makes them is currently moving according to the cashier. We got Korean ribs bbq with rice and eggs, that was ok $13, then we got Fuji cake I haven't tried it yet, BUT we also got the coconut jelly and IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD . I like it here because price changes, or add ons they will notify you first before making it, they don't just set you up like other places. I also got a box of jackfruit and oh it was sweet! If you're looking for this place, it is inside the Ben Thanh Plaza, within the food court. We've had a few of the items on the menu, and honestly all of them were pretty solid. When they say pho is better home cooked, they're right most of the time. This is the one time, they're not. The pho here feels like a warm hug. The broth tastes clean and pure, delicate in its flavors. No MSG noted. The meat is so tender and the meatballs don't taste like the frozen ones on most pho out there. Don't forget to use the hoisin and sriracha to dip your meat in. The first time I actually went, I had Bon Bo Hue. I thought it was gonna be subpar...but with that first spoonful I knew I was dead wrong. It has the perfect balance of spice creating such a wonderful velvety broth. And just like the pho, the meat is tender and only takes a few chews to get it down. It also has the coagulated pork blood that I crave. It won't affect the flavor of your soup if you're not up for it. Let me tell you though, they are generous on the meat for sure. On both the pho and bbh. I'm excited to try the bo luc lac next time because they use quality meat. My little sister had the egg noodle, and it was also superb! They also sell bahn lot, and y'all. I can't. It's just too good to be true. The lady that cooks all these wonderful dishes is super sweet and very accommodating! I can't wait to come back. While the oxtail pho is delicious and the staff is always nice, the options here are always limited. They have an extensive menu but every time I have been there, there are no appetizers. My suggestion is that they make a smaller menu because it is frustrating ask for a few items that are never available. read more

Inside the plaza so it wasn't intuitive to find it... We came after hours (yelp hours are incorrect) but they took our order over the phone and served us even though they were closed. We had pho and vermicelli and both were very good. Next time we'll come when the plaza is open but we were happy that the family was pleasant and the food was good! read more

My wife and I have become regulars here. Most late night restaurants since Covid have been closing earlier since 2020. Due to our business, we can always come here after 9 pm to get a great meal. My favorite is item #30, wonton noodle soup, just perfect and satisfying. The pho #1 is also good. My wife likes #31, Vietnamese style noodle - mi quang. We are glad the owner chose to stay open late for late diners like me. read more

i totally recommend this little gem inside Ben Thanh plaza. the pho, bun rieu, mi duoi no, and oxtail hotpot is really good here. the flavor of noodle soups are flavorful & broth is clear, good portion of meat. service is a hit or miss because they are more attentive to big parties than individuals that are dining. i usually come here by myself after work and always have to get up several times to ask for eating utensils or napkins. they don't serve water unless you ask for it. this place favors cash because they charge $1.5 and a service fee on top of your total for using credit card. read more

This is family owned business. Bun Bo Hue here is so good. They offer hot water or hot tea for this cold weather.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go grab any Viet soups or dishes that I can't find at other pho restaurant. The food here is amazing and their bun hen is the best. Couldn't find a place that even has this dish so this is my go to restaurant when I'm in town for grubbing. read more

I just left a restaurant and forgot a spoon and fork and walked past the food court and thought I could take one. the Vietnamese sellers (first two stores in the food court) in Ben Thanh food court yelled at me not to take their plastic forks and said to go get it where I bought it and continued to yell at me about it when I didn't take one. They were all out on a cart on the floor of the food court so I thought I could take one. It was disposable too.. I probably won't ever come back to this Plaza based on how extremely rude.... everyone is here. Like other reviews have said.. this is America and some decency would be appreciated by all and would give you more customers. read more

1st time ordered food from this store but never wanted to go back. Check your receipt and your order item in the bag they handed before leaving the store although verbally they said they put everything in for you from what you ordered to essential part needed for your food like fish sauce which the guy said it is in the bag but it's not. On my receipt, it charged service for $2.25 n unsure what it's. If it's for credit card charges, the saler needs to inform customers when they asked what type of payments they have accepted. N if it's for service like restaurants, it's a flame service since it's food togo place n I ordered to take out, n they don't do any kind of service for customers like seating, water, cleanup the table. read more
