The staff were all nice, but the teleexam prescription was never right and one of the pairs of glasses that were supposedly in never showed up for weeks. Went back to FWB and Dr. Edlund. When my wife showed up at1115 she was told the appointment was for 1030, not 1130. She was very rude to her and said we need a new appointment. Said we had made the mistake. Barked at my wife like she was a kid. This was the store manager. Not customer friendly.

But sometimes the doc is running behind so it means a longer wait period. I do like the doctor in there she really listens to your needs. Reason I give it 3 stars is bc I'm really not a fan of Walmart and I feel wait times are iffy even with an appointment.
