Its been a couple of years but i need to finally write a review for this business to forewarn others. Stay away from this place with a ten foot pole. Work quality is piss poor, the front staff is overwhelmed and makes mistakes on top of mistakes. After one month of pretty inconsistent communication i was called to pick up my vehicle, a GRAY 2024 Subaru outback that was damaged only after one month of ownership. I was handed back keys that were unfamiliar, but since i was only in the vehicle in a month, I considered i could be wrong. I walk outside and see a WHITE 2024 Outback...I'm like did they paint this muthaphucka? I look at the license plate confirm it is not my vehicle . I walk back in and inform them of the mistake. I was meet with disbelief, but I insist and they uncover not only was it not my vehicle but they didn't even know where my vehicle was, they repaired and billed my insurance for someone else's car! After a 30 minute search they came back and informed they hadn't even started working on my car. After 2 weeks, they call and alert me the car is now fixed. The finished work was on par with a 6 year old fixing mom's favorite mug. Saying it was rushed and half assed is an understatement. Snaps were broken and panels were misaligned. It literally still looked like it was in a minor accident and no work had been done. since it was a company vehicle and I didn't want to give it back to them and further deal with them as a business I just left and drove around in car with shoddy work. Still cant believe a company that literally fixed the wrong car would do an absolutely abhorrent job after getting an opportunity to repair the right car. Save yourself the stress and possible financial hardship in doing business with these people. read more

Was in a car crash just outside of bush airport. Tow truck guy said he knew a reputable body shop that I could leave my car at. I was dazed and didn't realize I should've left my car at the tow yard instead of the body shop. Lost 4 days of back and forth with the body shop trying to release my car with an increasing storage fee every day my car was there. DO NOT LET A TOW TRUCK DRIVER convince you to bring your wrecked vehicle here. They do not have integrity. All they want is to get your insurance claim info and start racking up charges. We were sure our car would be totaled yet they began ordering parts to repair it without so much as asking us if that was what we wanted to do. I got into an accident and had my car towed to this body shop recommended by the police officer and tow truck driver. After realizing my insurance wouldn't cover the car they provided me a quote to fix the car. I asked them up front what charges would be surrounded with the quote and leaving my car there they said that the quote was free. Fast forward a few days later I tell them I can't afford it and ask by them if they know a salvaging place. They said no and told me it would be $1700 to pick up my car. These included an $800 plus towing expensing, $50 a day to keep it there, and a $500 servicing fee. They were not upfront about any of these expenses with me and I'm lucky I'm in a position I could afford this. Very fishy and snakey incredibly upset with the experience. read more

Wow my car was haukled to Baumanns Paint and Body by Humble wrecker without consent after accident. After Gieco paid wrecker and storage they wanted at first $500 admin for checking in then dropped to 250 when told that is all Gieco would pay. I called and the lady blamed Humble towing for the 608 towing which 200 plus was some storage scam. Now want to hold car over 250 admin fee Gieco will not pay. These folks seem like a complete scam!!! read more

Came in two weeks ago to have a front spoiler repainted due to curb damage. They gave an estimate and said to come in with the vehicle on Feb. 14th and that they could have it done in a couple of day. So I bought it in today and they said that I did not have an appointment, that it would be take over two weeks and then proceeded to tell me that they refused to do the work. They repaired my Volvo -twice last year. Got hit in two separate parking lot "events". Volvo doesn't do after parts. Everything has to be ordered fresh and repainted to match both times. You cannot tell which areas were hit at all. Seamless. Flawless. Incredible customer service. I cannot recommend them any higher. I own a 2006 Chrysler 300C Heritage Edition that needed a front bumper replaced due to a lot of overspray. When I came in, the lady working at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave me a great estimate. She told me the repair would only take 3-4 days. I dropped my car off on the following Monday and got it back on Thursday. They did an absolute FANTASTIC job with the paint and they even washed my car! Car was dropped off 5 weeks ago and still not finished. Called to check on it and the guy that answered the phone was really short with me and got off of the phone quickly. I will change my review upon receiving my car back. *Update* I was called by Phil on 5/7 and told that my car would be going in the paint booth on 5/8. I went to the shop on 5/15 to see the progress. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE. I brought my truck in for scratches because it had been keyed. They were a good price and told me it would take a week (5 days) and to bring it in on monday (it was thursday the week before when i went up there) so i would have in on friday and have it for the weekend. They NEVER called me that week i called friday and they said it wont be ready today it will be ready monday. Monday came I CALLED they didnt call me, and again it was not ready they said again tuesday but most likely wednesday. Wednesday I CALLED again and it was finally ready. i went to pick it up and the car inside and out was very dirty. there was no body damage so i wondered why the inside was dirty when all they were doing was painting. Then i look at the other side (pass side) and they didnt even take the scratches out on that side, nothing was done. They didnt even say sorry just we will get to it when we can. Now its friday (two weeks for scratches) I CALLED again and it is still not ready and when i asked what was taking so long and how long it would be he quickly got off the phone with me.
