He's great at drills and in detecting small hitches in your stroke or footwork too.

Okay so I know about these tennis courts for a very long time . Actually since I was a little…read morechild. However I never really came here that often because it is out of my way. First thing I want to say about these tennis courts is that they're fairly decent. They have ample parking space and they have about four full-sized tennis courts. The surface of the courts are in decent shape. The nets are also in decent shape. There are benches located all around the entire premises. There's even a pickleball court and two sets of backboards for people to practice on or to get a good exercise/workout. The one thing I noticed about the tennis courts is that during the morning hours from about 9:00 a.m. to noon, there seems to be a ton of people here playing tennis. I believe they may even have local leagues playing tournament style because all of the players in the morning look like they have been playing for many years. If you want to come here and be able to have some space for your own to practice your form or other kinds of different techniques, or if you want to coach somebody or your children and just want enough space to do that, the best time to do that is between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. after about 4:00 p.m. I do notice that it tends to pick up just a little bit period people who get off of work during that time coming to play and about a quarter to half of the courts will be occupied at that time too. The only real graph I will have about this place is that there really isn't anyone here I think that keeps the courts clean as with any other tennis court in Vallejo. But the good part about that is you'll find many tennis balls just lying around and it's free so if you're in need of tennis balls and you're just starting off there's nothing wrong with that . A second thing I noticed is that at the very back of the parking lot I do notice from time to time there are random cars that just park there and people just kind of hang around in that area. I'm not too sure about how it is during the late evening hours but if you're coming alone and kind of feel insecure I would probably avoid coming very late especially if you're the only one and cannot defend for yourself. Otherwise this court is really good

Great park for pickle ball! My boyfriend and I came here to play for about an hour! It's clean,…read morethere were 2 courts for pickle ball and nobody was there! There were other people playing tennis. It was safe we went around 4 pm. Not too much shade but it was still fun! Thanks!

We signed up to play a tournament this weekend (8/21/21) and randomly got our draw CANCELLED 2 days…read morebefore the tournament. Our draw was cancelled late so we were then unable to signup for singles as well, and since it's 2 days before the weekend, we were unable to signup for any other tournaments! Completely ruined our plan for this weekend and we'd been looking forward to playing in a competitive match, but it was not to be. There was no conversation prior to the cancellation, and no suggestion to allow us to register for singles, but just straight up woke up to not being in the draw and then the director Calvin saying there's nothing he could do! Well why didn't he let us know BEFORE so that we could register for singles or register for another tournament? Completely unprofessional.

Calvin is the ultimate professional. He is very knowledgeable, great with young adults, great work…read moreethic, positive, organized, hard working, just an overall great Tennis Coach/Trainer. I have sent both my daughters and my son to Calvin for coaching. All three of them LOVED going to training thanks to Calvin. His upbeat, positive attitude made my kids enjoy tennis that much more. His tournaments are run smoothly and efficiently. Weather is the only thing that affects any of his tournaments, which is totally out of his control. OVERALL, if you're thinking about getting your kids into tennis, or get their game improved, look no further....... CALVIN is your guy!!!!!!! Mark
