The office is SO accommodating for my very nervous son. They meet him where he is at and respect his boundaries. They take the time to earn his trust and never try and pull a fast one on him. He actually can get his exam and a cleaning and it's such a relief to know he can get the care he needs. My kid did a face plant at school today, and smashed their face/part of their mouth, and I wasn't sure if what happened to their tooth was a dental emergency or not. I left a voice mail message with Dr. Song after calling the main number, and my call was returned very promptly. She gave me information on what to do, how to clean my child's teeth, and made me an appointment the following week because it was not a dental emergency (thank goodness).
