During our 5min consultation, she spent 4min confirming whether I need an interpreter for my surgery, just because I've never heard of "nitrous" and I asked her to explain. She asked me if I have any friend who can speak better English and i should bring them to the surgery. Like wtf? It's also quite hard to understand Dr. Leonard as she has heavy accent herself. I've been to many clinics since I came to US. EVERY doctor I met explained patiently to me what each term means. So, get your English certified before you come here.

Neal, Leonard and Sorensen (NLS) runs the gamut, from the highs to the lows, with everything settling into a mostly middle experience. NLS is a factory disassembly and assembly line. If you like a lot of hand-holding, NLS/Kirkland is not for you. On the other hand, if you would prefer an impersonal, conveyor belt approach, this office may be more your style. The procedure was rough, but less due to the staff than the procedure. It's simply a terrible thing to have a piece of your body you've had in place for a half-century sawed off and ripped out. Recovery was flawless. To say I had little pain would be inaccurate: I had zero pain in the first several days.

It was $129 out of pocket for updated xrays and they called after the consultation to plan/schedule the oral surgery. They worked with my insurance and provided an accurate estimated out of pocket cost (about $900 for 4 wisdom teeth removed, anesthia). We scheduled his appointment and he was brought back promptly and it about an hour the staff came out to greet me and meet him outside to take him home. I loved how they took the time to check in with me, observe him and wait til it was safe to discharge. The surgery wad successful 2 up top were smooth pulls no stitching and the bottom 2 were impacted and had light stitching. He was just fine with general anesthesia and it wore off slowly and he had zero reactions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The Playlist of music was uncut and the lyrics were amusing but I'm not sure anyone else noticed that. I appreciate the after care follow up and the phone call checking in. Thank you for a successful procedure.

As I was already having difficulty speaking, I was telling the gal what was going on and halfway through she cuts me off to say she has another patient in front of her. I sit on hold, then am randomly transferred to someone else. The next gal I spoke to asked what was going on, told her, puts me on a hold. Comes back and asks for my information. I explain the laceration and she later asks if it's a bump. I tell her it's a laceration...she then puts me back on hold. When she returns she says they have to ask the doctor and they'll call me back. Just very poor customer service, unhelpful and disorganized. Don't recommend.

Eventhough I told the Dr I needed extra novacaine, he didn't listen. He was so rough with the 2nd injection he caused me to scream with pain. I've been to plenty of specialist, so I know how rough he was. I had to argue with person responsible for insurance claim because he insisted insurance wouldn't cover any of procedure. They also wouldn't bill both my insurances. Turns out DeltaDental paid some of it so I had been billed almost $300 more. I had to call & get reimbursed. They only sent me part of amount so I had to call again! Then I had to submit another claim to Humana Dental when I found out they covered the extraction. The check for $436.77 incorrectly sent to Seattle Oral & not Mr since I paid for procedure out of pocket. Seattle Oral cashed check, never notifying me. Now I'm trying to get in touch with whoever handles this, after sending email, voice-mail, speaking with reception. I was told I'd hear back this morning & haven't yet. They've now kept my money 3x! I wonder how much money they've kept from other people

The entire staff was remarkable--from the administrative team and nursing staff to Dr. Steen. Dr. Steen provided a very detailed, matter-of-fact presentation that was thorough without wasting time for either of us. I tend to show up early for everything, and they never kept me waiting. In fact, I was usually in and out before my scheduled appointment time! The implant procedure itself was amazing. I was in and out in under an hour, and the pain was minimal--only requiring one dose of ibuprofen that afternoon. They explained everything in great detail and walked me through the images to make sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. This level of care, professionalism, efficiency, and customer service is very rare in healthcare these days. I'm extremely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Steen and the entire team.

What does that even mean? You smoke 12 joints a day?" I mean why even ask or comment if you have absolutely no frame of reference.
