He has called my female dog the wrong name after checking her in at their old location where you used to be able to go inside. Now you can't go in, you can't park, you strictly can drop your animal off and they come to the car and come get them. SHADY!! This nasty man had the nerve to say after charging full price for grooms to "adjust" my new puppy to the groomer making us come every 2 weeks for 2 months to make a snide comment about how if she was going to be hyper they were going to cancel the appointment and they weren't going to groom her. SHES A PUPPY UNDER A YEAR OLD FOR CHRIST SAKE!! He just genuinely seems to hate animals and people!! The absolute straw that broke the camels back was I was 5 minutes late an appointment due to trying to get an elderly small dog with hip problems and a puppy into my car by myself and drive and his clock was 10 minutes faster than every other clock in the world and he refused to honor the appointments for both dogs even after he came and grabbed one of my dogs and took them inside already, so they groomed one and gave her the most hideous groom ever, you had to cancel my other dog for being 5 minutes late but couldn't make sure her cut was even now that you had one less dog?! This place was the reason we started grooming our first dog because of his nasty attitude but a family friends kid started working there so we gave them another chance. I tried to explain that I was in the midst of puppy training when I had to "unexpectedly" go out of town for 3 weeks ( my oldest son's home had burned to the ground) but he kept cutting me off. I made an appointment and was told that for a bath and nails it would be about 2 hours. Because my dog is blind I'm kind of a nervous dog mom, so I dropped her off, then set a time for 2 hours...no call. Gave it another half hour - nothing by, so I called to check in (especially bc another review had brought up issues with them getting to their dog and communication). They told me that she was ready, so I went and picked her up. She seemed a little damp so I figured they'd dried her as much as possible without scaring the hell out of her. Got home and my boyfriend was like "she doesn't smell like she got a bath" which is weird for a post-groom. Then I took a closer look at her nails - they were still long and her dew claw seemed way too long and curled. This just wasn't acceptable but they'd already gotten my money and I really didn't want to call or go back. Aside from not feeling like my dog was properly groomed, I really wasn't impressed with the place itself. Because it's a "pet spa" (which I use loosely based on my experience) and a doggy daycare type place, the smell of dog feces/urine overpowers the smell of the spa. And it just didn't seem like a very professional business to be honest. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe as a last resort but that's even after a bath outdoors with the hose.

We've been taking our dog here for a couple years now and have had all positive experiences until our most recent appointment. We are very specific with how our dog gets trimmed and it's never been a problem before. When we dropped him off, we went over the details and thought it would be another regular visit. We got a text letting us now our dog was ready and we paid and tipped before seeing him... all because that's what Plush Spa requests. Big red flag looking back. We get there and realize they've done the complete opposite of what we've asked for. He's got long hair where we asked for it short and short hair where we have never once asked for it to be cut back. We are baffled. It looks like a child found scissors and the dog was the unfortunate target. When we tried to address our concerns with the owner, she became defensive and refused to admit any wrongdoing.
