I'm in love with the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. They have an awesome selection of stores here, my favorite being Michael Kors. I can't leave here without adding a new purse to my collection. It is pretty easy to navigate and walk in my opinion. It is outside, but there is plenty of shade so you can get your shopping on in any weather. The parking situation isn't the best, and it can often be difficult to find a spot. Also, they should increase signage a bit since it took me like 5 tries yesterday to find my way out. Oh, and I am proposing a name change since it is not at all close to Philly. But other than that I love these outlets! read more

I was finished shopping near their kiosk about 4:30 pm and decided to get a hot chocolate and some classic looking soft pretzels for the 45 minute ride home; what a mistake. While they looked like plain salted soft pretzels like I'm used to getting at the Philadelphia Pretzel Factory or even WAWA, these were so greasy I had to move the bag off my car seat and to the passenger floor where I have rubber floor mats over the carpet. The grease had started to soak through the bag onto my seat and when I took a bite I found the grease overwhelmed the flavor of the dough and made them very soggy. After 3 bites I decided they were inedible. The hot chocolate was not much better since it was basically just water with a very heavy mix of coco. I have to admit it was very hot and I did not care for the taste of first sip so I decided to reserve judgement until the mix cooled a bit. However, the taste did not improve since I was expecting at least a hint of a milk base and there was none. There was also an overwhelming taste of an artificial sweetener which to me was not pleasant. read more

We come here every now and then to shop. The stores to me in my opinion are about the same price of a regular store you would find in another mall... Though, you could find some really good deals if you look hard enough in each store. The food court is okay, while there is about 2 restaurants you can walk in to to eat. The parking lots get VERY crowded during holidays, a few times it took us almost 30 minutes to find a parking space! Other than that, this is a great place to kill some time with your friends and family. read more

Lets get a little something out of the way first . . .this mall is about an hour outside of Philadelphia, so it peeves me somewhat that this has been dubbed the Philadelphia Outlets. . . minor grievance, pet peeve whatever.. . No that this is out of the way, this is a fantastic shopping destination. It is outdoors, but the way its is designed, you almost feel like you are inside. I like the fact that its is outdoors, especially on sunny warm afternoons. There is a decent array of places to get something to eat (to recharge your shopping batteries). A Starbucks, your basic food court (that is indoors), a few Auntie Ann's sprinkled here and there and a Ruby Tuesday (i think, or something like it) Parking is ample and even during the Christmas season I have not had any issues finding parking. Its clean and well kept - including the bathrooms. And the shopping is plentiful. From Kate Spade and Coach to Carters and Gymboree . . . Loft, Gap, Banana Republic, BeBe, Kenneth Cole, Nine West, Forever 21 . . . I could go on and on. There are home stores as well. . . Restoration Hardware, Calphalon and more. Some deals are better than others. Like any mall, the stores run sales/promos during the various holidays. I think you can even get on their mailing list for extra coupons. In conclusion, its worth the battle with 76, just make sure you are well funded. read more

Few good stores - such as Nike, SONY, Coach, Converse. Overpriced foodcourt. Go take a visit on spring or summer. You can stroll along slowly, while eating Haagen Daz ice cream, without getting cold. King of Prussia mall is a better option if you want to go shopping though. Bigger and cheaper. What kind of saving if the original price is $97.99 and 'our price' is $97.47 ? OMG..... are they sure it's safe to shop here? The outlets are ok, but I had a hard time geting past the ominous nuclear towers in front of it. Very scary.... but people were shopping, eating, and drinking around it like everything's cool. I liked the Ann Taylor and Loft outlets, Calvin Klein and my bf liked the Puma, Zumie's and Pac-Sun outlets. I expected to love the Banana Republic outlet, but it was just okay. I don't see me going there very often. Those towers are just too close for comfort! read more

Best shopping center in all the area. People come here from all over. There are about 150 stores! You can find here everything in most known brands: clothes, sports, toys, and make an eat-break. Very recommended for coming for a whole day. read more

As far as "Outlets" go, these are pretty typical, although I'm not seeing a whole lot of outlet prices. But while the stores are OK, whoever designed the layout of the outlet campus should be fired. Not one single bench outside on the entire property is under cover NOT EVEN ONE. That means when it rains, every bench is wet. EVERY bench. Even the benches under the metal canopies are ALL placed under the openings so they all get wet. Poor, POOR design. read more

Decent outlet mall, not the best. For the record, I grew up with the Woodbury Commons Outlet in New York pretty much in my backyard. That is the outlet I judge all outlet malls by. But now that I live in South Jersey, Woodbury Commons is a 2.5-3 hour drive from home, and PPO is just a little over hour (horrible 476 traffic permitting.) So I decided to give it a shot since I'd bought a few things at Woodbury Commons a month ago that I loved so much, I wanted to get some extras without having to spend all day in the car (yes, I am one of those people who finds one shirt or pair of jeans that I love and then has to have 4 or 5 of them "in reserve"). Anyway, I was pleased I could find most of what I was looking for at both the DKNY and Calvin Klein outlets, for the same prices I'd just paid for them at Woodbury Commons. But definitely the selection at both was more limited than at WC. On the plus side, though, I didn't have to deal with the hoards of day tripping tourists and NYCites who turn WC into a mob scene every day of the week. It was nice to be able to shop in relative peace and quiet, and not have check-out lines that were 20-30 deep. But this mall doesn't have some of the Italian outlets I love at WC like Gucci and Salvatore Ferragamo. It's definitely a bit more middle of the road. Also a few stores have some seriously aggressive sales people who had me looking for the nearest exit; just because I look at and touch one skirt doesn't mean I want to try it on and I want to give you my name so you can reserve a dressing room for me. Argh! All in all, I'll likely go back as it's not too far from home and I can hit up a few of my favorite designers at way better prices than I can find at Macys. But it's still no Woodbury Commons, so next time I take the trip home I'll be hitting up that outlet preferably. This place is great, however, I would stay away near holidays and holiday weekends as it tends to get very crowded. It is out of the way for me, but manage to make a trip up here usually every couple of months to see what deals are offered. I usually don't like outlets, as they usually don't have any stores I care about. Philadelphia Premium Outlets is different. Sadly, it used to be better though as they closed the FCUK (The French Connection) outlet where I used to get really pretty dresses for next to nothing. One time I found a $200 dress for $12 that fit like it had been tailored for my body. Maybe that's why it closed, the deals were too good. So, the main reasons I head here now are for Esprit, the Banana Republic Outlet, and Le Creuset. The deals at Esprit and Banana can't be beat. However, it's a hit or a miss if you'll find something you like. I either come out with a bag full or nothing. I love Le Creuset and the prices here are really good. However, lately I've found better deals on the serving ware at Marshalls as they are sadly discontinuing my color, Kiwi. The pots in this color are also on sale currently at the outlet as well. The salesman in Le Creuset is really nice and helpful. That stuff isn't cheap, but the quality is really good, and I love that I can use it in both the oven and the stove-top. It's worth the trip to check out these few places. It really depends on what you like. Check out the website before you go and you can also see exactly what the sales are, and what stores they have. I always check because sometimes they close ones I like, but then they open others I might or might not like. The sales are pretty good sometimes, and you can even get 50% off the sale price of the outlet price. Wow! You never know what you'll find here. read more

We think that the Philadelphia Premium Outlets (PPO) and the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets (both owned by same company) are a step above other outlet stores we have been to in PA, NJ and MD. We like the parking set-up better (easier to ingress and egress). We also think that overall, the type of people that go to the PPO are more refined, a little less 'pants-on-the-ground' than other outlets. The PPO is a outdoor/open-air outlet store with some sections that have a semi-roof. The bathrooms are clean. As far as store listings, the PPO has the usual suspects (JCrew, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Johnston & Murphy, Kenneth Cole, Movado, Eddie Bauer, Coach, Kate Spade, etc.). The food court is fairly decent, they also have a Ruby Tuesdays. If you don't want to eat at the outlets, you can also eat in nearby towns of Phoenixville and Royersford (Majolica, Daddy Mim's Creole, Sly Fox Brewery, Iron Hill Brewery, etc.). We usually hit up the outlets once a year in mid October to early November to avoid the Christmas crowds in December. When it is cold out, we usually get hot chocolate at the _____ store. (I can't remember the name.....maybe Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory) ? We like the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. read more

I love strolling around here when the weather is permitting. I'm not interested in all the stores there and usually only hit 3 or 4 stores that I know I'll find something at a good deal. The Forever21 there is the same as is the aerie and american eagle. I feel that they're not really outlet stores they're just as good as the stores in the King of Prussia mall which is less than 30 minutes away. Then again, the few stores that they do have really caught my attention. Some of my favorites include Levis, Jcrew, and Fossil. For some of their higher end clothes it seems that the deals aren't that great of a steal. I wouldn't bust my back getting here. read more

These outlets were really cool. I cannot wait to start driving I would be up here always. I only had a chance to go to a few stores but I got really good deals. Toys R Us, J. Crew, Levis, Converse, and Nike. I must say that all these stores were great but my favorite was Levis I'm definetely looking for to going back and also Converse. They had soooo many sneakers. Even though I didnt get a chance to go in Robert Wayne had the huggest instore Uggs selection I ever seen. I honestly hate shopping but even I liked it here. Decent selection of stores and the time we went almost everywhere had great deals. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to eat besides maybe a TGI Fridays, a Starbucks, and a smattering of food stands (which by the way, some nasty middle-aged woman was giving the Nathan's hot dog lady some attitude because they didn't have regular mustard, only honey-mustard..) so don't go there hungry. It's also kind of out of the way. But still, I got a stole/scarf from BCBG originally marked at $350 for $19. That's more than a 90% discount and not a thing was wrong with it except for being last-season.. read more

This is a great outlet mall. It's super easy to get to, right off the highway. Don't be fooled by the name though, this is definitely not in Philadelphia. It's always very clean. It has a good variety of stores, which always seem to have awesome deals, especially around the holidays. My only complaint is that there aren't really many eating options. They have a Ruby Tuesday, which is probably the best option, but when shopping, who wants to stop for a full meal? The food court itself is nice and centrally located, but the food options aren't great. They're all kind of odd shops. Can I get a Chic-fil-A or something?! Maybe pack a snack and power through. Make sure to check in or show your AAA card at customer service to get your free coupon book! read more

Situated directly off of 422, the outlets offer a wallet-emptying, convenient place to go shopping for the season. They're always offering great deals, and you can get even better deals by signing up for their VIP program (for free!), which allows you to get extra coupons. I'm taking one star off because sometimes the deals offered at certain stores aren't really deals at all. The Forever 21 outlet makes no sense to me, because it's pretty much just a crappier-than-usual Forever 21 store, not really an outlet. However, any Coach bag I own has come from the outlet here. I'm far too cheap to buy one full price, and the Coach outlet always has at least a 50% coupon that they give you when you walk in the store (unadvertised). Can't beat it! read more

I give this mall 5 stars because the weather was great! As a recent transplant from Florida I'm used to the outdoor mall, but that's because my area never really got below 70 degrees! It will be interesting for my wife and I shopping here in the winter! The stores here are plenty, the coach store, Michael kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Columbia, mountain warehouse, banana republic, gap, lucky jeans, all were fantastic in helping my wife and I with our winter prep. The mall itself was super clean, even the maintenance crew that was swapping out trash cans were clean as was their large trash cart. It's always gross seeing a filthy trash cart right in middle of an open space so this was a nice touch. It was easy access and plenty of parking and everything was well kept so I will certainly come back again! read more

Walking through the mall in the snow was a great way to spend an extra day off, and I came out with a couple of great finds, including a $6 shirt from Canterbury New Zealand. Quality discounted clothes are here, but be willing to dig for them. The range of stores was broad, including some too snooty (Coach), some designed to make me feel old and fat (Aeropostale, PacSun) and some that were just right (Lucky Brand). However, some of the stores (under armour) didn't appear to be outlets at all. Everything was full price, or close to it. I briefly wondered, why did I drive all this way? When hunger hit, my dismay only grew. I'm not a food-court connoisseur, but I'm certain that a hot-dog meal shouldn't cost $7. The biggest selling point? If, like me, you hate being in crowded places with strangers, you'll appreciate the outlet mall's open air and absence of bratty children. read more

Comparing to the rest of the premium outlets this one is by far the most consistent one. What usually happens in other premium outlets is price increase before major holidays and then give a certain % off the MSRP, while this location usually gives discounts on already discounted items. The selection of the stores is also nicer than the rest of the outlets (although, the best ones are located in Singapore, South Corea, and Japan) The only thing I would really like to see there is a nice non chain restaurant (they do have a crappy food court there, a Subway, and Ruby Tuesday's) But I'd really love to see some nice restaurant that also has a nice wine sellection. read more

Not too much new to say, but I will reiterate the awesome selection of shops - I particularly like the variance - on one hand you've got Elie Tahari and Neiman Marcus and Coach, and on the other it's the Dress Barn and Forever 21. (I'm an equal opportunity consumer!) It's sort of far from Philly - almost an hour by car, no idea how you'd get here with public transit - so it won't be a weekly destination for me, but I loved the deals I found at Kenneth Cole and NY&Co - both had some awesome clearance items to revamp my work wardrobe. And the Aerosoles is great for someone like me who wants to try on everything - all the shoes in every size they have are right there on the shelves for you to try yourself without making some poor sweet girl perform a search & rescue in the hidden-away stock room every time I find another pair I like. Can't comment on the selections in the food court, but there's a Starbucks so I was a happy little clam. Now if only we could convince Anthropologie to open up an outlet store here... read more

It's a trek to get out here, but there always a great selection of designer stores. You really need to get here early in the weekends because this places really gets packed despite its remote location. It is usually a hit or miss, sometimes I find great deals and other times not so much! The majority of the stores are stroller friendly so it makes things easier when I'm tying to get in and out! I will continue to make trips out here from the city, despite it being quite a commute! read more

Pulling in to a parking lot with an outlet mall on one side and two huge nuclear cooling towers on the other makes me feel like I'm the star of some crazy 1980's we're-going-to-die-in-a-mushroom-cloud disaster movie. It's even more weird that the parking lot is always eerily empty. People must shop here, right?!? I see other reviews but I've never been there when I've had to park more than one space in. Very strange. Anyway, great selection of stores. Save the Restoration Hardware outlet for the end. That way you can "test" all of the sofas when you're legs are ready to fall off. The place is actually small enough that you can handle it in an afternoon of shopping...although admittedly I usually stick to the same handful or two of stores. The food court is really hurt. I usually end up having a latte from Starbucks just to hold me over until I can get back to Philly to eat. read more

Nice outlet mall with quality shops. It's an outdoor mall, but the walkways are covered in many places. It's big enough to make the stop, but small enough that you will find what you want without having to have GPS to get back to your car. The variety is good, and there's higher end shops that I hadn't seen at other outlet malls. I wasn't terribly happy with parking, but it was a holiday weekend. We had to walk along the preserved wetlands area to get to the car. Weird place for a preserve... Unless that's the fancy name that they call the place that they dump snow in the winter. Forever 21 sucked for new variety. Looks like last season warehoused in one place. Not bad on prices though. Rue 21 had a great sale, and I'd go back there for presents again. One thought though is that all the sizes look to run small. An xl looked medium... Grrr Overall, I found a good boy of what I was looking for on my families Christmas list. read more

My first time here was Saturday and I was very impressed. We got there at 10 when they were opening so parking wasnt an issue but the later you get there the more time you will spend looking for a spot so be fair warned! The shops I dont know how many stores they have but they have every store you could want. From J Crew to Michael Kors, Nike to Aldo, basically you name it they have it. In fact this is the ONLY outlets I have ever been to that have an Express outlet!! Which is one of my favorite stores! The setup is very nice and easy to get around the only bad thing is if it is windy the setup acts as a wind funnel and it gets crazy windy!!! The food This place has one of the best food courts of any outlets I have ever been. THey have everything from fast food chinese to healthy salads and sandwiches! For all you coffee lovers yes they have a Starbucks from in and center connected to the food court. One hidden gem that is a store front away from the court is a Hagen Dazs sooo YUMMY!!! To sum it up you really cant any better than these outlets not to mention being in PA no sales tax WAHOOOOO!!!! read more

When this Outlet Center went live, it was pretty much the nail in the coffin for the VF Outlets in Reading. Yes, VF presses on, but it's not much of a destination anymore. The Philadelphia Premium Outlets are nicer, newer and definitely cleaner than VF. The discounts are not as great, but they also feature a lot of higher end stores that the VF never had. Do sign up for the Philadelphia Premium Outlets VIP Club -- you can print out some exclusive coupons. You can also show your AAA card or your check-in on Foursquare at the customer service counter in the food court to get a savings sheet good at quite a number of the stores and most of the restaurants in the food court. If you aren't turned on by the food court options, there is an Auntie Ann's, a Subway, a Starbuck's and a Ruby Tuesday's (with outside seating), all located around the Outlet Center itself. If none of those work, there is also a brand-new Chick-fil-A around the corner, near the Costco. read more

One of the nicest outlet right outside of the city- easy access by highway. Not too large, not too small. Great selection of stores and a restaurant as well- Ruby Tuesdays. I have always found bargains when I shop around here. I have gone here with friends and family and it never disappoints. Other outlet malls are too far from neighboring large city, but this one gets it just right- location, location, location. read more

There are some decent stores at this outlet mall, but in general, I find that I don't go into many of them. I often find the prices at the stores aren't that much better than what you can find at their non-outlet stores, unless there is a sale going on, and then you can usually find some pretty good deals. It's an outdoor mall so bundle up in the winter. There is a Starbucks here so you can at least some some good overpriced hot coffee. The food court is pretty pathetic in my opinion and the only main restaurant is Ruby Tuesday's, which is just OK. There are several play areas and little rides for the kiddies, so be sure to bring some change with you. They do have change machines, but from time to time, I've seen them out of order. read more

I drove from Philly to Pottstown to check out the premium outlets. It took me about 45 min wasmt a bad drive it was worth the trip. I arrived the parking was crazy due to the holiday but I was able to park far away from other cars which is good it is good for me with getting my steps in but also good that my car wont get dinged up from buttholes that dont respect your property. Well any way I got my parking spot walked up to see the beautiful lit up Christmas tree it really set my mood. The outlet looked very festive and it was well maintained and clean. I checked out the Puma store they had a big sale going on everything was like 50%-60% in the store well worth the trip. Also checked out Nike, Under Armour but they really didnt have much deals going on. The need jerky store was another stop to see if there was anything new but it was the same from last year. Went in the hot sauce store as well so my husband could try the hot sauces but there was nothing hot enough for him they need to come up with spicier sauces to satisfy his tasting but I did buy a butterscotch seasoning that is good for beef, pork, and chicken. The highlight of the night was stopping at starbucks for a hot chocolate with whipped cream and taking pics of the tree. Awesome night. read more

The outlet is like 15 minutes away from King of Prussia mall so if you didn't fulfill your shopping fix there, you can always head over to the outlet! They have some good stores such as JCrew, Brooks Brothers, Neiman Marcus, the polo store, Banana Republic, Kate Spade, Vera Bradley and a bunch of others. Its all outdoors, so obviously, this isn't a rainy day type of activity but its still fun to go there. read more

I'm not fond of outlets in the first place, but still gave this place a try (twice). Both times I left with nothing. I found the quality of the clothing lacking, but like another Yelper said: these clothes are made for outlets and are not part of the brand's original collection. Some of the clothes were out if of shape, including a Ralph Lauren jacket my husband tried on. I haven't tried out the food court here, since on both occasions I left the mall within about 2 hours. The only store worth checking out in my opinion would be Neiman Marcus Last Call. Other than that, I'd rather pay a bit more for better quality. read more

Whether you need some therapeutic shopping, in need of a new pair of shoes, or wanting to update your wardrobe, this place will meet your needs. It is a large outdoor mall with 150 stores, including brand names like Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, etc. Since these are outlet/factory stores, they showcase older styles at lower prices. They also feature great deals on top of the already low prices. Parking is relatively easy to find. The only drawback is you cannot make online returns at the factory stores. For example, I had an item from express.com, but was unable to return it to the express factory store. read more

I am not much of an outlet fan, but I have recently done pretty well here at the stores with the better prices, such as Bass, Oneida and Easy Spirit. I don't eat at the food court, but the Ruby Tuesdays is the best one of any that I have been to. Fortunately it is a short drive away, so that helps.... read more
