This is basic, come on. I ordered a pretzel and it had zero salt on it which has become typical here. At one point I asked for salt and was told it won't stick. If you're selling soft pretzels is it not in your interest to learn? It simply isn't enough care behind the service for me to keep interest without improvement. Do better please.
