It is a bit confusing on where the entrance is to drive through depending on which side of the street you are on. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable but be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment scheduled. The benefit is that while you wait they have cable tv in the waiting area with a decent amount of seating and there are many stores within walking distance to help the time go by. I'm super-careful about who I trust with my car, so I asked around to find a shop doing high-quality work, with integrity & honesty, who I could trust to do a great job and handle all the annoyances that go with auto accidents, insurance, appraisers, etc. I was referred by people I trust to Rich Moscoffian at Landrics. Rich does a lot of high-end customizing work at his shop on luxury vehicles (he has some celebrity and pro athlete clients he works with on their vehicles), but he also performs work on "regular" cars like mine. My car's an older car (but with SUPER-low miles and in otherwise great shape), so I really care about how it's handled and by whom. The very next day, Rich sent a tow truck to pick up my car, and he spent the next week handling all the insurance aspects, getting the appraiser back out to him (the original appraisal didn't account for some of the damage), and communicated with me every step of the way. He even dealt with the rental company on my behalf to make sure that was taken care of. I got my car back quickly, and the work is FANTASTIC: repaired the metal & damaged parts, painted it perfectly, and made sure I was happy with every bit of work he performed. My car looks PERFECT: can't tell anything ever happened to it, and it hasn't looked this good in the 12 years I've owned it! Rich was a pleasure to work with every step of the way...if my vehicle ever needs work again (and I'm hoping it won't!), I'd call Rich Moscoffian in a SECOND. He does high-quality work, runs his shop professionally and capably, is honest as the day is long, and turned a potentially time-sucking, annoying hassle into an easy, trouble-free experience.
