I mean, they're always really nice and courteous on the phone when I call to tell them my son has arrived for his appointment. If you think about it, the first person a patient/parent meets is the receptionist so they can make or break the mood of the appointment. No worries here ... receptionists are SUPERB and a pleasure to deal with. My son's appointment today was with Dr. Ari, his orthodontist. Dr. Ari has always been very open and honest with what needs to be done and what can wait to be done at a later time. He is very reassuring whenever I've had questions about when my son would need to get his braces in. My son actually had his braces put in the month before the pandemic began ... but Dr. Ari never skipped a beat. I got monthly calls to see how things were going and Dr. Ari even FaceTimed my son a couple of times to do virtual appointments to check on how his braces were coming along. Obviously during the period while the office was closed, things were hard but once the office decided to open back up, I got a call requesting to make an appt (if I felt comfortable enough ... which I was) for my son to go in and see Dr. Ari in person. I always recommend Dr. Charlie and Dr. Ari to anyone looking for a top-notch pediatric dentist and/or pediatric orthodontist. I was able to book all four to have their check up and cleaning at the same time. As each of them finished with their wonderful hygienists, Dr. Shulman jumped from one to the other. The kids say that Dr. Rich is funny and nice. Another great convenience is having Dr. Miller right in the same office. Dr. Chris was able to make adjustments to my son's braces immediately after he had his cleaning done. My wife and I, highly recommend Dr. Rich and Dr. Chris.

My son decisively refuses dentist office visit after his first baby canal done. I was suggested to get my son sedated which we do not feel like to proceed with it. I googled my choices and I could not be any happier to find Dr. Khan! We made our first consultation visit immediately on the same afternoon at 4:30PM. Her clinic was so unobstructed, unlike all other dentist clinics, hers was like an adventurous land with abundant kids interests yet very neat and lively. We loved it. Dr. Khan was very articulating, persuasive with absolutely positiveness. her office formulated the treatment plan for my son. We started our first step treatment yesterday. I was so intense that my son would resist. But miraculously, my son even laughed and gave two thumbs up by the end of his two baby root canals!? OMG! I observed the entire procedure.
