I purchased a vehicle from here a few years ago. I was nervous about buying from a small dealership where you'd pay straight cash because I'd heard it's always best to use a well known, large dealership. However, the car I was purchasing was double at big Honda dealerships. When I purchased the vehicle, I did notice an issue and took it right back. However, Queen Motors had no issue with fixing the problem. I do recommend Queen Motors. My car runs great, and I have no complaints. I do wish they would have washed it for me when purchasing it. The car wasn't dirty at all, I just wanted to drive off the lot with the tires shining, etc. But hey, you get what you pay for. As with any small mom & pop dealership, just make sure you go to a mechanic who can check the car out, and you'll be fine!

I lost out on 3700$ in less than 3 days. I contacted them about the check engine light and I was told by Frank( the owners brother and business partner ) that the owner was out of the country but would be returning Saturday at 2pm & to call then . I called the owner from 2pm-11pm and was ignored. I finally spoke with owner Tuesday morning and was told he had just returned from Canada and would call me in an hour when he returned to the offic. No call back . I eventually had the car towed to the lot and he was not even there. It took 2 hours for him to arrive & admitted the car was not road ready and had mechanical issues previously. He would not give me my money back or another vehicle he simply walked off and left me and my daughter outside in 95 degree weather. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They sell junk cars that look good on the outside but TRASH on the inside. They are complete SCAM ARTIST! I worked so hard to save this money up only for it to go to waste. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they were completely unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to take any responsibility. It's obvious they only care about making a quick sale, not about being honest or doing right by their customers. I feel completely ripped off and misled. I explained my job had overnighted me a check for the price of the car. They didn't care. They wanted to pull my credit anyways. Then they tried to show me an all white demo car. So much disrespect. I'm thankful my aunt and brother in law sold cars, taught me the game, and how to do research. I left and bought a car from Ed Voyles Honda on Cobb Parkway in Marietta. The sales woman was so nice there. She made sure I had enough to pay for gas and car insurance. Bless her. Happy I left and got the exact current model year Honda I wanted. Ed Voyles was so good to me, I came back a few moths later upgraded and bought a Honda Accord.
