I attempted to purchase a 2018 Audi S5 from them in February 2026. I was buying from out of state. The vehicle was advertised for $19,780 across multiple online automotive platforms. Prior to authorizing a down payment, I confirmed with dealership staff that the total purchase price would equal the advertised price. After I provided written authorization for a refundable deposit contingent upon an independent inspection, the dealership introduced additional mandatory dealer-imposed fees totaling $1,245, including documentation, administrative, and reconditioning charges. These fees were not disclosed in the advertised price and were required in order to complete the transaction. Imagine, the dealership was trying to add on charges after the fact from them cleaning the car to sell! When I objected and requested that the dealership honor the advertised price inclusive of mandatory dealer fees, communication ceased on their end, not returning my messages. The vehicle was temporarily listed as pending and later relisted at a higher price on their site. Although no funds were processed, this conduct raises concerns regarding advertised price transparency and disclosure of mandatory dealer charges in direct violation of Georgia anti bait-and-switch laws. *UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE*: As clearly admitted by the company, they completely agree with my entire review. Their made up bait-and-switch fees (such as attempting to add on a charge for cleaning the car) were told to me AFTER I had asked them for the total and provided written authorization (per their instructions) for a charge to my credit card based on that total, out-the-door price. Attempting to keep this original review brief, I left off many details. But here is another point which others should know: since I was buying from out of state, I wanted a dealer pre-inspection (of which I was going to pay from out of my own pocket). The salesman kept trying to get me to not send it to the local Audi dealer, but a CarX down the street. That raised more red flags. read more

Contacted to purchase an Audi A6. Worked with George and everything was going well. Just needed to schedule an inspection. I said I'd probably just take it to the Audi dealership. Someone other than George txted me and told they won't take their cars there for inspection. Who doesn't let the manufacturers dealership inspect a car?!? Made an appointment with Solo Motorsports 10 min away. They're an independent audi/vw/porsche shop with a nation wide reputation. Atlanta Direct refused to let them inspect it, said they "did damage to one of their cars." Nick at Solo has no record of working with the dealership, doesn't have any clue who they are...lol. Said I could find any other place to take it. I found another reputable shop. Eurofed, also a German performance shop, also within a 10min drive. Atlanta Direct told me they don't do business with Eurofed either. No reason was given. Eurofed also had zero record of working with them. When I questioned the new sales person (not George,) on refusing an inspection at 3 highly reputable businesses, he got VERY defensive. Claiming the car was still "his," and his choice, not mine. They offered a Firestone next door to do the inspection for $25. That doesn't sound very trustworthy to me. Inspections cost $200+ The lack of transparency and sketchy behavior turned sour so fast upon inspection request, there must be something wrong with the cars that they don't want found or to have to disclose. Solo and Eurofed didn't break any cars. If they did look at any of Bobby's cars, they only discovered the flaws that Bobby covers up because that's their job and they know what they're doing. Bobby's terrified of reputable businesses. They discover his unethical business practices. Other Yelps reviews on "Bobby's" business character and demeanor are below to make your own judgement. He uses a copy and paste reply to all negative reviews. You only need a script to copy if you use it repeatedly. Very telling. Scammers don't like it when you catch them and call them out. read more

I purchased 2 cars and both have major problem within one month. I bought them for business and can't use neither of them for their intended purposes. One has engine failure $3-5k in repairs and counting and the other multiple problems including suspension and catalyst converter $3k in repairs and counting . The owner is super nasty and rude. This place is AWFUL . I was going to buy a car from them. Loved the car, so I put $500 down to hold the Honda HR-V, until the title was cleared with my bank. They sent a watermark title and my bank could not use it. I waited a couple of days for them to get the official title, no avail. I decided to go somewhere else to get my car. I asked them for my $500 back. They did not give it back to me. The owner, said "if I tried to get MY MONEY BACK, he was going to sue me". Well, I am going to sue them. BAD BUSINSS PRACTICE. If I could give 0 stars I would , this dealer made us show proof OF OUR BANK TO SEE IF WE HAD ATLEAST 5 thousand to test drive a sports car.. we decided to go with a charger then got approved for it said we got fully approved and all we had to do was get a co signer and go sign paperwork to get the car as soon as we got there they said it wasn't approved. So we waited and decided to look at more options. We saw a JEEP GRAND CHEEROKEE finance guy said we got approved with 0 down I paid insurance and had our co signer sign all paper work!!!!! But WE DIDNT DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT ... they said the temporary tag system was DOWN. we waited the weekend I called on Sunday just to get an update and the manager decided to say " the loan didn't go through we had to put atleast 3 thousand down" after we got told it was 0 down we drive 1 hour there and back for 2 DAYS took off work to try to go get a car there and ended up wasting our time. They promise you something and don't go through with it , not only that half of the cars are mistreated and missing filters under the hoods , cracks on windows NOT WHATS SHOWN IN PHOTOS. I was THREATENED by the manager Bobby! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They lie and manipulate and act like they are giving you the best deal ever in order to get you to buy from them. After you buy the car, they treat you horribly. They ignore calls and lie to you about paperwork "being on the way" or "things being processed" when they aren't. When they do actually return your calls, the manager Bobby resorts to yelling at you and blaming you for any problems, even when they aren't your fault, such as them sending the paperwork to the DMV on time. They do not keep their word. After months of being ignored, lied to, and yelled at, I was trying to get my refund for the $200 that they were contractually obligated to give me, but instead, the manager, Bobby called me again and immediately started yelling at me and told me that if I want the $200, I would have to take him to small claims court, but if I did, he would "F" me up and ruin me. We had one of the easiest experiences buying my daughters 4 Runner here. Bobby and his team was very professional and made sure everything flowed smooth for us. Bobby gave us a very fair offer for our trade, he even explained that I could get more selling it myself but as I travel frequently and live in the extreme North Ga. Mnts. I chose to bypass the hassle and accept his offer. My daughter absolutely loves her SUV, Bobby got her financed at 6.9% for 48 months with a payment of $203 a month and this includes a 19 month warranty. I know not everyone can be pleased these days but I believe that we got a fair deal on a 10 year old vehicle, only way I'd gotten it cheaper was to buy directly from a private party and secure my own financing. As stated above I don't have the time to chase around the state looking for that heaven sent deal but my first stop at Atlanta Direct Auto had us in and out and back to the mountains before dark. I thought about this for awhile, and although I'm not really a review writer, this place had me perplexed, it seemed normal at first but as we looked around and we looked at vehicles, something was wrong, every car we looked at had a check engine light that had to be cleared, even though the car said passed emission, it was like they were all band-aid repaired, this was going to be an issue in the future, they had these warranty labels on the vehicles, when I asked about it, it's not really a warranty it's a hoax, ( labor only) please that's nothing in todays world.. Worse buying experience of my life hands down. I purchased a vehicle from this place and immediately after completing the paperwork and driving home, the car died on me less than a mile away. I managed to get it back to the dealer and they "fixed" the issue in about an hour. So I attempted the drive home again which is about 45-50mins away and 15mins from my house the car died in me again. Call the dealership and they didn't even offer me towing back to the dealer. I had to pay for that myself. So I waited 2hrs for a tow truck and had it towed back to the dealer. Again they "fixed" the issue. A couple months later the engine completed died and needed to be replaced. I had only put less than 1300 miles on it because I work from home. After having it reviewed rods had been grinding away for quite some time but there was no noise of any kind to indicate, no oil leaks but the oil was extremely black even though I was told the car had an oil change. When I brought it up to the dealer he immediately started to go the racist route claiming I was being racist against him and race had nothing to do with the car and I never brought it up. I should've taken the clue from purchase day because there was a customer in the lobby complaining about her car that she just bought having multiple issues and he was saying everything possible to get out of refunding or even fixing her issues. If you read his responses to all the bad reviews he has an excuse for everything. Stay away from this dealership because if you get a lemon then you're stuck with it. If he would've addressed the issues rather than trying to weasel his way out it, this could've been a good deal for him because I purchased 3 more vehicles for my niece and nephews from another dealership!!! read more

Terrible service, misleading/ false advertising of options on vehicle. I purchased a 2001 ES300 in Aug 2018. My experience was terrible. I thought I was purchasing a mint condition vehicle that came from south Florida w/ only 83k. I had been looking for one of these for about a month or so when I came across it. I called and spoke to bobby and explained I was out of state an interested in the vehicle. The car was price about 1k over high KBB so when I spoke to him and offered the KBB High value, he told me this vehicle is in PRISTINE condition and its hard for KBB to value a vehicle in this condition. Knowing these types of cars come from south Florida I went with the price. During speaking to him bobby was very rude (but I thought it might just be his nationality and how he speaks) at one point telling me he was with a customer, well what am I (out of state). Probably should have left the deal at that point. After completing the deal and having the car shipped to me NC. Immediately I realized this was not the car SOLD to me. The leather had been dry and cracked so he painted the front seats and arm rest, the back seat leather was so dry it was completely cracked. The vehicle had been recently repainted and poorly done (they have a paper that says they dont know of any prior paint/ body work). Passenger vanity mirror broken, A/C vent broken, the wood grain on the steering was cracked. All of which none of these things were disclosed. Mechanically right away I had to change the coolant, engine oil, ATF and give the engine a tune up. All the rubber mounts, seals, trim were dry rotted. The rims were pitted and dull. The owners manuals and a 2nd key were missing. When I called and told him this was a shitty deal and this is not what he told me I was buying. He told me, well you never asked any ??s and I told him you told me this vehicle was PRISTINE/MINT condition and needed nothing. He the told me ok have it shipped back or drive it and I will give your money back minus the $500 deposit and the mileage you put on the vehicle, all my fees. So bacically only about $2k, no big deal I just have 2k laying around. After speaking to the finance company they would not except the return of the loan, so I was stuck. He told me he would order a owners manual from ebay. Well 2 wks later I got the manual and 2nd key (original) he told me they did not have. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car in 20 years and I have purchased vehicles without looking at them in person several times and never had an issue. As you can see from some of the pictures posted the condition of the vehicle. Unfortunatley I did not take pictures of everything wrong before I fixed most of them. Ive had to spend about an additional $1k plus in parts to try to get it close to the condition I was told it was in. Luckily Im a mechanic and didnt have to pay for labor which I have many hrs and would add up to another $1k plus. I will be filing a BBB formal complaint read more

It's funny you didn't mention anything about a deposit, even though you sent a dealer cost sheet to my credit union and check was almost put in Fed Ex to arrive in your hands before Saturday, so I could review vehicle and purchase. Conveniently, blaming it on a deposit required after calling me to say you have someone on the lot looking at vehicle; instead of standing behind your word is not professional. Also not calling me back to let me know you sold vehicle, let's just send a text later that evening. I would like to thank you for your, "miscommunication" which allowed me to purchase a newer vehicle, cheaper, with less miles and from reputable dealer (Ed Voyles) in Atlanta that had no problem completing the deal and having my credit union Fed Ex check to them for payment on that same Saturday. I was in the market for a Lexus GX470 and Atlanta Direct Auto had several on their lot. Earlier in the day I looked at one at another dealer in town that I liked, but I wanted to shop around. I came to Atlanta Direct Auto because their listings on AutoTrader say "IF YOU FIND A SIMILAR VEHICLE AT A BETTER PRICE WE'LL BEAT THAT PRICE." I showed Bobby the listing on AutoTrader and he said that, even though it was within one model year and 6000 miles, it wasn't similar because it was from Florida and his cars were from Texas. The price was roughly $2000 less and he was unwilling to negotiate and suggested that I should go buy the other car, which I did, and ended up getting it for over $3000 less than what Atlanta Auto Direct was asking. Further, two of the GX470s that were on the lot were missing TPMS sensors, one had a front bumper with peeling paint, and one was missing part of the roof rack. Bobby did say he'd be willing to negotiate fixing those issues, but they were up to me to discover on my own. They did have a good selection of late model vehicles on the lot and I don't doubt that they perform the inspection that they claim to perform. However, they are asking a premium for, in my option, pretty average vehicles and were unwilling to honor the statement in their listings to beat a similar listing's price. UPDATE In response to Bobby's comments about my review: 1) When I spoke with Bobby about the comparable listing, I pulled out my phone and showed him the listing. He looked at it and immediately said he could not match that price because he paid more for his vehicles at auction that the other listing's price. I can and did respect that he's running a business and isn't trying to lose money, but if Atlanta Direct Auto isn't going to honor what they put it their listings, they should just remove the price matching statement. If Bobby needed to see a VIN number in order to make a fair comparison, that information was readily available and all he needed to do was ask. 2) Concerning the condition of the vehicles... I pointed the missing TPMS sensors out to Bobby and he offered to have them replaced. (They're easy to spot. If the wheel has a regular valve stem rather than one that's metal, the TPMS sensor is missing. This was confirmed by a TPMS light on the dash with four properly inflated tires) We had a fairly lengthy discussion about it and he claimed to be able to replace them for $25 each. I have an IS250 and when one of my sensors went bad (which they do from time to time) my local Lexus dealership quoted me $350 for one or $950 for all four. If he's able to get a sensor for $25, it can't possibly be an OEM part. Regarding the pealing paint on one car's bumper, it was a white GX470 and he offered to have the bumper resprayed. I appreciated his offer, but I was in the market to buy a car THAT DAY as I do not live in Atlanta and couldn't just come back in a few days when repairs had been made. I stand by my statement that Atlanta Direct Auto has a good selection of late model used cars and that they're in overall fair condition. I'm not sure why Bobby felt the need to call me a liar in his response rather than just address the issues publicly. Because of this, I am reducing my original three star rating to two stars. BOTTOM LINE - I bought a near mint condition 2007 GX470 with 113000 miles, a clean CarFax, and a complete service history from two Lexus dealerships for $13,800 out the door from a small dealership a few miles away. In some markets, used GX470s are very rare and command a premium, but it appears that Atlanta isn't one of those markets. read more

I stopped by car lot as they were opening. I walked around looking at 4Runner's. Guy working there was on the lot moving cars unblocking entrance for opening. I was not greeted, guy walked within 10ft of me twice without saying a word. Finally I went in the office to ask to see a vehicle. Short bald guy that was on the lot came out and asked if I needed help. I said yes, I'd like to see the green 4Runner. He immediately asked was I paying cash!!! Cause he didn't want to waste his time or mine, cause the cars couldn't be financed due to age. I said it would be financed, I was totally dismissed before I could say......(I was approved already to get the car financed through my credit union, based on the vin of the vehicle I retrieved off their website). My girlfriend purchased an 08 Nissan Altima from here. The car seems to be a good running vehicle. I am a mechanic so I inspected the vehicle and noticed that the left side front tire had a bad spot on the sidewall and no spare in the trunk. I told the Russian guy that owns the place and he said he would replace the tire and throw a spare in if we purchased the car. We came back to pick up the car and he refused to replace the tire and did not have a spare in the trunk. When I asked him about the tire he got furious and very aggressive. This guy is a LIAR so if you make a deal with this guy make sure it's in writing because he will not honor his agreement. He started saying I was a LIAR and it's his car he doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to do. At first I thought I would be a repeat customer for this guy but after my second visit I wouldn't buy a car from him if he was the last dealer on the planet.
