Your appointment is at 10 am and you don't see the doctor until 11 am. They are very bad with time and you get charged for parking

This review is based on the experience I had with Dr. Frydman during the last appointment ever with…read morehim. Now I see why his rating is only 3 stars and some say he is a bad doctor. The appointment was to have an ultrasound done. I was called into the room and was prepared for the ultrasound, including putting the gel on me. The assistant said to wait and walked out. After waiting for a long time, no one stepped back in to say it was going to take longer or what was going on. I called the receptionist because I didn't want to get off the table with gel already on my body, and I was the last patient of the day. She said he would be going into the room. The doctor came in shortly with the assistant. The minute he came in, the doctor was with attitude, talking down on me and telling me I just had to wait without saying anything. I told him how long I was waiting and that I had a right to ask what was going on. He then, without apologizing and angrily, said in the doctor's office, "You need to wait; that's it." I just got up and told him I would be filing a complaint. He said it didn't matter if I did; the complaint wouldn't do anything, and there would be no response to it. As I walked out, I told him he was a bad doctor, which seemed to have finally woken him up to realize they were wrong. He then angrily said, "You are a bad patient; get out of my office." It's sad to have a doctor and staff with so much unprofessionalism that they feel entitled and the patients don't have the right to ask why the wait is so long. Based on this experience, I strongly don't recommend this doctor or his office staff. Nowadays we have rights as patients too and platforms like this one and others to write reviews to let other patients know of the type of service this doctor and the staff are providing. We have rights that some entitled doctors and staff think we don't. I encourage other patients that have bad experiences to write reviews based on those experiences so doctors and staff start showing professionalism again. It's not about the long time waiting without anyone letting me know why; it's about the doctor coming in with a bad attitude, talking down to me as if he were entitled and no patient could ask what's going on, and unprofessional staff thinking they are entitled too and patients have to accept bad treatment.

Dr. Frydman himself is a caring, attentive Dr but it is his OFFICE which is a chaotic disaster. Dealing with his OFFICE personnel regarding anything beyond setting an appointment is an exercise in futility. The office manager L, promised to get back to me with an explanation of a credit card payment issue and she never did. I called repeatedly and was told she was not available, and finally, I was just hung up on! Like WTF? Then there's their sloppy record-keeping. I was suddenly presented with an invoice for services that were YEARS OLD with no explanation. Pay these charges or it will go into collection. Like WTF? Further requests for explanation, went nowhere. I have NEVER run into an office as frankly HOSTILE to their own patients, as Dr. Frydman's. Inexplicable. I don't know if he is aware of this, or cares, because I am unable to contact him personally - all requests to speak to him well....have to go through his office. So there. HELLO, I AM YOUR PATIENT HERE! My recommendation is that you seek medical services elsewhere other than Dr. Frydman's office unless you want to be thrown into a black hole with no exit by his uncaring office staff.

What a bunch of buffoons. I went to the Burbank office to ask for a copy of an MRI I had done…read moreabout 18 months ago. They told me to call the Sherman Oaks office. So I called and spoke to Kathy. I told her I had an MRI done on June 26th 2016 in a mobil unit parked outside of their office on Sepulveda. She said I would have to go there to get my records. So I drive through bumper to bumper traffic in the rain and when I arrived, the woman behind the desk said, "I spoke to you on the phone". The truck wasn't out front, so I asked why she told me to drive there, knowing she wouldn't be able to assist me. A guy working with her joked, "don't worry, the truck has LoJack", then explained the records weren't on the truck anyway but at their central office. He called and left a voice mail with that office, then promised to call me back the next day. Of course, he didn't. The following week, I called and spoke to him. He put me on hold and let Kathy deal with me. It was clear they had completely forgotten about me. Kathy said she was putting a rush on it, then corrected herself, saying it had already been sent, so they couldn't put a rush on it. She told me to call the following day. The next day, I called and got their voice mail so I drove over there again. I have an appointment with a new urologist tomorrow and want him to compare his new MRI with the old one. Does everyone have to go through all this hassle, just to get their medical records? When I showed up, Kathy said the MRI still hadn't arrived. I asked if they could just email a PDF of the email to my urologist and she said yes. I called two hours later and she said it hadn't arrived but she would call me. Now they are closed and she never called me. My doctor's appointment is at 9am tomorrow, 20 miles away. After this experience, I wouldn't trust them with my dog. There is absolutely no sense of urgency with these people, even when you are dealing with cancer, as I am. My suggestion? If your doctor uses Skyline Urology, find another doctor!

He was incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and answering my questions thoroughly. Dr. Alinsod's genuine care made me feel valued, and his attention to detail reassured me that I was in good hands. I left the appointment feeling physically better and emotionally uplifted. I highly recommend Dr. Alinsod for his exceptional care and personalized approach. If I were to offer any constructive suggestions, it would be to measure and gather more data in-office. For example: body-mass-index, baseline hearing, baseline vision (I acknowledge the existence of audiologists and optometrists, but having basic data for the visit would be useful), lung function/capacity, basic strength, basic flexibility, and basic skin exam. I realize that doing this would likely necessitate the acquisition of additional equipment, but it would certainly help the patient to avoid what may be seen as unnecessary trips to yet more offices. Thanks!

Terrible experience…read more This clinic never answers the phone, never calls back, and you can drive all the way there only to find it closed. We have been trying to reach them and schedule an appointment for more than two weeks with no success. We don't even know if the doctor is good or not, because it's impossible to get through to anyone. It's simply not worth the stress of waiting for someone to finally call back after leaving dozens of voicemail messages. Because of this, we have already requested to switch to another clinic and will be scheduling our appointments there instead. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Can I give negative stars?…read more First I should mention that this is just a satellite office and not a main office. And by satellite office I mean a closet where they only see patients and do nothing else. It literally has the smallest waiting room I have ever seen. It is just four chairs and the space is so small that it doesn't matter which chair you sit it, you will get hit by a door. Either the door leading into the office from the hallway or the door leading to the exam rooms, but have no doubt, you WILL get hit by a door. Then once in the exam room, also miniature size, the doctor just asked me a couple of questions and then scheduled me for a test in downtown LA. No real exam, just a couple of questions and then tell me to spend an hour in traffic going downtown. If I wanted to go downtown I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment in Burbank! I asked if there was anywhere else I could do the test and they said no, they only do it in Downtown LA. I ended up cancelling the test and scheduled an appointment with another Urologist who actually gave me a full examination. Maybe these guys should go to my new doctor to see how it's done. Everyone in this office should be embarrassed!
