Heather and the women at the front were so kind and friendly and really put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Dow is very knowledeable, funny and kind (and easy on the eyes too- wink). I loved him and would recommend him to anyone. The whole procedure was quick and painless. (I couldn't believe it). A very sweet women gave me my after care instructions and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was still feeling good (which I was of course). They really care about their patients here. An appointment for a retreatment of a failed root canal ( by another endodentist ) was held for me for the very next day. Dr. Dow found the 'hidden' root that was infected ( and missed by another practice). Everyone associated with this group is compassionate and your comfort is their primary concern. They took me right away as a new patient, and even sat on the phone with me while driving to help me find the place. My previous dentist had told me I probably had a cracked tooth. This dentist had a different explanation (which I questioned thoroughly after the last dentist). But sure enough, I followed his advice and within days my tooth pain subsided. I had the best cleaning session ever, Dr. Nate goes tooth by tooth very patiently, he did a good job on the the filling too. The crown was really top-notch work! The color matches the other teeth perfectly and it has great details (which really makes a difference for biting and brushing). I have had 8 dentists in my life and I can tell that Dr. Nate is outstanding. He does a great job and he answers all my questions with great information, which I really appreciate. Discussed my medical history prior to going in for my appointment. they could care less .the day of my appointment they take an x-ray and start the root canal procedure. They could not get my mouth numb and kept on drilling . I finally said no more . my mouth at this point was throbbing. She ordered me an anabiotic and still had me pay half of the appointment and was told to come back in a few weeks. I never thought that I would pay $1700 for a procedure and be sent home as uncomfortable as I was. I let them know that I was still in pain and I was told call back tomorrow and maybe they can get you in $1700.

I had my re-do root canal this morning and feeling great (even with the novacaine wearing off). Dr said today would be the most painful but feeling good. The office is clean, everyone is friendly, and the space is quaint.
