He was incredibly thorough -- covering mechanical issues, the value of each car, and drawing on his personal experience with the specific makes and models. He caught some costly problems that would have been far more expensive down the road (that the dealers and CarMax did not flag). Money very well spent and I highly recommend calling them first before buying a new car. I also had them come out for an oil change at home, which was extremely convenient with minimal notice needed. He was quick and professional, and without hesitation did a full walk-around to flag anything else that might need attention.
