Absolute love me some Philly freeze me! The new location downtown is super cute. They have giant Jenga and an outdoor area. It's to hot right now but eventually I'd def sit out there. Super cool vibe , once I walked in they had a dj and some other events going. I'm just there for the freeze me though lol. I'm not mad at catching a vibe and a cup of ice! Philly Freeze Me is definitely worth a stop. The second you walk in, there is a very intense cleaning-product smell and a little muggy, but honestly, I guess that's better than the alternative! I really wanted to love Philly Freeze-Me, but unfortunately wasn't impressed. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon looking for a refreshing treat to beat the heat. Upon entering the shop, I was blasted with the overbearing smells of incense and glade plug ins. This is extremely off putting for a dessert shop and made me wonder why they needed all the additional scent. It didn't come off as a dessert shop at all, and the decor was almost too modern and sterile. They also lacked any actual tables and only had lounge seating. There are a number of flavor options, including alcohol infused ice and sugar free options. I ordered a summer freeze in the smallest size (large). My biggest complaint is the artificial tasting ice flavors. They tasted good, but didn't taste like what they were supposed to. The flavors tasted muddled and it was hard to taste all of them when you had to eat more than half the cup to get to the last 3 flavors. Yummy!! I had a random pregnancy craving last Sunday afternoon and saw that Philly Freeze Me moved to the arts district! Paid around $12 for 2 small cups which can have up to two flavors. We chose cotton candy for one and a mix of grape and watermelon in the other. The employees were nice, however I saw her get 3 orders slightly incorrect, consecutively (ours included), but she had no issue fixing the mistakes. Italian ice is the perfect mix between like shave ice and ice cream. Somehow creamy and sweet but not heavy. So so yummy and hits the spot during Vegas summers. read more

They have a great product, exceptional customer service, and the new DTLV location is absolutely beautiful. I actually had a friend (who's a Philly native) in town visiting a couple months ago, and I brought her here. She absolutely loved the shop's authenticity, and we happened to show up during their Distro Movie Night. This is my son's second visit to this business in five or six days which confirms he likes it. The air condition is blowing the music isn't. It has a nice vibe. The location is perfect in between the art district and downtown so hopefully it's a catch all. There are a lot of choices as far as the flavors as well as the portion the prices are low so I would encourage you to take advantage of this while not many people know about them because as the summer progresses, they are going to be going to be popular. We were in Vegas for my birthday weekend this past weekend and freeze me, after all the hype on Tictok was definitely on our to-do list. After a little research I figured this was the owner. Tall black man. He handed us our order with a smile and thanked us for coming and how much he appreciated it. what an elite ice cream shop in Las Vegas! i first heard of Philly Freeze-Me through Yelp app, and i was not disappointed. this shop can be a little hard to find, but it is located right behind the AquaBar. upon arrival, i was greeted with a smile, and the rest of the staff was also hospitable, also greeting us and offering us their recommendations and some samples. i ended up getting their Mango-Strawberry Ice, with caramel drizzled on top the ice cream was so delicious, with its fruity flavors blending well, and the caramel adding that tart taste i personally love. my brother also agrees with my assessment of this shop, and the shop's ambiance also is proof of their happy environment at the end, i thanked the staff, and JB in particular was so hospitable with the other guests. he explained the origins of their shop in Philadelphia, and you can see the Eagles logo throughout the shop, showing their loyalty to the city and its team! plus points because they had Spongebob on read more

I was absolutely excited when I saw that this place had opened downtown! We walked in on a Friday night to check and see what time they closed and were immediately greeted by a kind man. He informed us of the hours and I told him we'd be back! We had dinner and made our way back around 10:15pm and were welcomed back by the same person who stated he was glad we returned. Service is efficient and I suggest being patient because sometimes only one person is working, but it's worth the short wait.
