Great custard for a good price! This place is a staple for central Vegas. Come before it's dark for a short line or come when it's dark outside for cooler weather & you may be waiting in line. There is no indoor seating so be aware of that when planning your visit.

My favorite dessert spot in Las Vegas! I've been luv-ing this place since high school It's so nostalgic and truly a Vegas staple. I love the old-school walk-up window, ordering from the menu on the wall--it just hits every time. Now it's a must-stop whenever I'm in town... I can't leave without it.

A MUST every time we're in Vegas. Growing up here, we went often. As adults, we can better appreciate the fresh custard. Walk up window, no seating. CASHLESS, and now they give out stamp cards. The Western is the most popular FOR A REASON - GET IT. I think I ONLY ordered it for like 20 years. This trip, we had the Cherry Pie and The Western. You can also choose your own toppings, they have shakes, cones, and splits. If you'd like to pass on dairy, they have lemon and pineapple whips (they used to be able to mix these, and they also only sold them until a certain time - so just ask!) A Vegas Classic.

Amazing custard - especially the butterscotch. My issue is that for toppings they put way too much. The Caramel Praline Sundae was like 80% nuts and 20% custard. Another issue is that if you want one of the smaller sizes they don't allow you to add toppings at all. Kind of sucks that you have to choose between all or nothing but overall great custard.

Shady spot that sells good custard! Don't be deceived from the outside but this place delivers some yummy treats. Recommend the western special and their smores. Both are delish. Can be on the sweet side but hey def an indulgent treat

Sunday Maddy & I stopped by for something sweet. I remember coming on Friday nights when I was younger. This place has not changed. I had the fresh banana nut western cup. The western comes with chocolate, caramel and walnuts. Maddy got a shake with the fresh banana nut. The girl working the counter was very sweet and fast with our order. See my pics

my wife and I are true foodies!! so much do that we watch food shows like Someone feed Phil !! I a small part of the strip in Las Vegas there is a little house that was converted into a custard shop. Family in Wisconsin says that they have the best frozen custard?? Well sit back because there is a new sheriff in town . Luv it frozen custard. This place is so good that we traveled from San Diego to Las Vegas to try it . It's small just one person behind the window but the service was quick and efficient. So if you are ever in Vegas try and stop by !!

This was my first time here. I had a butter pecan with hot fudge sundae. It was delicious! Service at the window was fast, friendly and efficient. The only issue I have is the business is in a sketchy area, so there are shady characters around. Otherwise, the custard is excellent.

I love custard and you can't find it everywhere. This place has been popular for many years and you can still expect a line even in winter. We had family in town this weekend and everyone wanted something sweet after dinner so this place came to mind. There are many flavors and if the one you want isn't being served the day you visit you can grab a frozen container that's available in a few different sizes. I always pick something different and the malt creme might be my new favorite. Very creamy with just the right amount of malt.

I've heard a lot of great things about this place. I finally got a chance to try them out and absolutely loved it. Amazing quality custard food, great service at their window, has an old school ambiance. I look forward to future visits.

The area may seem sketchy but it's fine. Kinda reminds me of old Vegas. It's a tiny place. You park, get out and order at the window. Get your frozen custard and enjoy.

Yum! Cashless/Takes Credit card, no sit down area (takeout). Dairy-free $2.95 Dole Pineapple (Lemon, Mango, whatever the day is) Whip over a flat cone!! Dairy lovers and dairy-free lovers love this place! SO loved his $6.95 Caramel Praline Sundae. FYI, Dairy free items like dole pineapple, mango, lemon whip, machine stops 1 hour before closing. Mango is my favorite!! Best to come later at night? Only dairy-free dessert place in the area that is open a bit later. Weirdly for us, there seems to be less people high off something, mentally unstable or homeless groups hanging out at night. The police do visit this store often. This area isn't a normal strolling area, unless you planned your stroll to Venezuela, Mexican food, or 7 eleven/gas station. This shop is located across a full block of extremely packed apartments. The rest of the neighborhood is single family homes, including historic Vegas celebrity homes. This block of apartments tend to have people roaming the streets with much of their belongings during the mornings and day. It makes me wonder if there is a Mission there for just sleep? Fyi, Vegas homeless community is very different from LA. Loitering isn't an issue. It's when people take action. People who live nearby, even blocks away are watchful of people who stroll down their block. It's common for trespassing backyard break-ins to get high at, to having mail packages being stolen. Luckily I haven't heard any assaults right now. I'd say it's still worth coming if you're really that close by, plan to eat or do an activity nearby, AND is wary of how the neighborhood has become.

Ghirardelli is the only chocolate I eat, sorry not sorry. :) It just tastes *different, and since I was a first timer to this location I had to take it all in. :) Service was OK enough. The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
