I will not be coming back to the pretzel factory in Moorestown . The reason people buy these pretzels because they are sold as soft pretzels. They usually come right out of the oven within the last half hour. I got pretzels for my grandkids because they like soft pretzels but these were hard at both ends. Hard enough that when you press that there's a crackling sound if I wanted hard pretzels, I would've gone to ShopRite and got thank you Utz pretzels. and one of the reviews it said, the pretzels were not fake there they were sent over from another pretzel factory that to me borderlines fraud. I come in like other pretzel factories to get a pretzel soft right out of the oven you can fool some adults, but you can't fool grandkids. read more

Just tried to walk in the door with my son and a woman screamed at me from behind the counter without me getting the door more than 3 inches open that they would not be providing me service in front of 10 other patrons. I get they are sold out and it's a busy day but I frequent this establishment often and the experience was so jarring and rude. So disappointed. read more

Though the location on 70 is my go-to Philly Pretzel spot, this shop is equally wonderful. The advantage (or perhaps danger) here is that it's right on Main St, a few doors down from the shops I frequent most.... and nothing calls to me like a warm soft pretzel after an afternoon of shopping. This is a great spot to just run-in and grab a few - if you're eating it right away there's an assortment of mustards to use right on the counter. They also offer amazing party trays, and boxes of nuggets for you and a friend to split, which comes with a free dip of your choice. read more

Moorestown Location. I had been going here for a long time but time for a break. Now they are giving smaller portions of stuff and the charges went up. I always got the combo 3 which was 5.00 even. Now everytime I go it's 5.12 5.25. I don't know if it's tax or what but there's no consistency. Also, they last two times I went the side of cheese is 1/2 way filled. I posted a pic. About as good as it gets if you like fresh, hot pretzels. Cheap, fresh, hot and delicious. PSPF has expanded their menu to include a Philly Pretzel cheesesteak, never had it, but I imagine it will definitely appeal to a lunch crowd. The pretzel bites are a quality appetizer to take to a party and don't forget the cheese and mustard dips. My favorite place to pick up Philly pretzels when I am in town. The best thing to do is order ahead of time and pick them up. You need to be sure you get some cheese sauce to dip your pretzel in. I've been to a few weddings now where they have ordered ahead of time and then given pretzels out at the end of the night in little hangover kits. It's such a cute idea. As a Marylander, I make it a point to swing by and buy some pretzels whenever I visit my folks in South Jersey. The pretzels are soft and fresh, and if you happen to make your purchase after 4 p.m., a few extra pretzels are usually thrown in for no charge. Best. Snack. Ever. read more

every time i hit up mommom's spot i roll by philly soft pretzel factory for a party pack to take down to va. it's ridiculously cheap (about 10 bucks for 25 philly style pretzel's and a mustard of your picking) and everyone that works there (no matter what location, as this was my first pop-in at this location) is super nice. i will admit there was once one of those "undercover boss" shows for this company and it has tainted my opinion for the better. in the show the CEO really came through for the employees, so to me it makes sense why these folks are always so nice. the hours aren't ideal, but if i worked there, i'm sure i'd really appreciate having the work/balance and i mean as a customer, i can adjust to get there before they close. i'll always come back to you PSPF read more

Great pretzels at terrific prices in a charming little town. Also they don't gouge you on drinks or other items as some places (like Aunty Anne's) might. An authentic experience. Staff is friendly even if you're not there often and are only buying one pretzel. Luke chatted me up like we were old friends, pretty impressive for a 50 cent purchase. read more

If you want a pretzel without salt, do not go to the Burlington location. They apparently don't make too many without salt and will give you one that has been sitting in the case for hours (or days?) that is hard as a rock. I'm giving them 3 stars only because when I went right back in in to complain, they gave me an entire bag of pretzels (they were salted, so I had to scrape the salt off myself). read more
