Came in a couple of weeks ago for a bagel on my way back to NY. It was super crowded on a Sunday afternoon around noon, but things moved relatively quickly. All of the employees seemed to be high school students out for the summer and they all just laughed and joked with each other. Service was alright, but professionalism needs improvement. One girl was sitting in the kitchen (visible open concept from the register) on her phone right in front of customers. No one checked her about it, which was crazy to me. My toasted everything bagel with butter was fine, but my iced caramel latte wasn't good. Took forever to get my coffee, which was irritating. I just don't see the hype, honestly read more

Sadly, with all the excellent options in the area for bagels, this place ain't it. Kid behind the counter had an attitude about him and apparently couldn't cope with me rattling off different bagels for a bakers dozen order. Also, they don't offer Kaiser rolls for their egg sandwich. The Kaiser roll sandwich is a staple for the area. The place was pretty big and clean for a bagel deli, with a coffee bar off to the side, but I would recommend any other place that doesn't need an attitude adjustment and a lesson in how to make a proper egg sandwich in the tristate area. read more

First time at the new location just a couple stores down from the old one. Bigger, brighter, better.... Service is faster in taking orders in the new location as the counter is much longer. The bagels are the same!! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with lots of seasoning. You can't go wrong at Moore's. read more

First, the food is very good. My wife and I went here specifically for the gluten-free bagels. They were tasty, though small, and the accompanying whitefish salad and smoked salmon were excellent. However, the prices are outrageous... it cost us $37 for two bagel sandwiches and one soda. Also, the staff is poorly trained, and their customer service skills are practically non-existent. Not rude, just slow and seemingly unconcerned with preemptive efficiency ("Would you like utensils and napkins with that? Would you like to add a coffee?"). It's probably just my age, but at those prices I anticipate accompanying service. This place is bare minimum, hence only 3 stars. read more

I work early so I get here nice and early so no issues with the wait or crowdedness. I do love the bagels. They don't skimp on the cream cheese which is obviously important. I do skip on the coffee. They add so little ice to anything you order that's iced that it's not iced by the time you walk ten feet out the door. It's consistently happened in the morning. Specialty drinks aren't cheap and I love the options and syrups but they need a little more work on what an iced option should be and taste like. read more

Visited the new Moore bagels location. It's basically right next door where the other one was, just much bigger. They have indoor and outdoor seating, some baristas that make certain coffee drinks, the same bagels, bagel sandwiches, some specialty bagel sandwiches etc. Great customer service as always. Bagels are always good and fresh. Inside can get a little bit loud when it's crowded that's for sure. The steak egg and cheese bagel was okay it's called the Philly Philly. We love supporting local businesses, and everything is decent. We checked out their new location and it is stunning! The addition of the coffee bar was such a great idea. I got the glazed donut latte, which was good but I would not order it again (I just didn't like sprinkles on top, but that's just my preference!) bagel sandwich is decent, but we usually ask for the bagel to be double toasted. Nice clean little place. Steady flow of customers. Looked like 3 catering orders on the side counter. After ordering, we went outside to take pictures and chat. They brought our bagels out to us. We have been to Moore bagels a few times recently and have always had a good experience! We bought their tub of chive cream cheese, Asiago bagels, and an iced coffee. Their chive cream cheese has wonderful flavor and is only $5! Their bagels are so fresh and tasty and some of the best in the area! The employees are all friendly and efficient and the line moves quickly. We will come back again soon for more breakfast trips! read more

Waited 30 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese. It was crowded but ORDER FLOW is in need of an overhaul. Ordered and got our number. Orders were coming out all out of sequence. Understand it's not going to be FIFO with every order (egg sandwich will take longer than a bagel with cream cheese), but there were so many orders placed after ours that came out before our order of 2 bagels with cream cheese. One guy had enough of the chaos and left without his order, said he had been waiting for 35 minutes, I asked him what did he order? "One bagel with cream cheese". read more

Summary: The food and service were excellent, but significant issues with food safety and hygiene in the kitchen are cause for concern. We were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady upon entering, and our bagels were brought out quickly. The bagels themselves were excellent and very satisfying. However, I had the misfortune of facing the kitchen area while I ate, and the practices I observed were very worrisome. Observed Hygiene Issues: Eating Over Prep Area: I watched a staff member eating directly over the food preparation table. Glove Misuse (Cross-Contamination): One staff member was wearing a single glove, which was used interchangeably to prepare food (bagel sandwiches), stock shelves, and sweep the floor. The glove was never changed, representing serious cross-contamination risk. Ungloved Food Prep: Multiple staff members were preparing food without gloves. Front-of-House Handling: The otherwise lovely girl who greeted and served us was repeatedly playing with her hair before handling and touching the rims of several clean coffee cups. Bottom Line: The food tastes good, and the service is friendly and fast, but the lack of basic food safety practices in the kitchen is highly concerning. I would recommend the establishment address these hygiene practices immediately. read more

Decent bagels that are better quality than most. Don't come here on the weekends there will be a line out the door! Quick and efficient for the most part. They have built up a good enough following to open up a second location in Moorestown about 6 or so months ago. Inside is small in the front but the back where they prep is huge! Only complaint is $8.75 for a pork roll egg and cheese and they give you one piece. No side or nothing is a hefty price to pay for a small portion. They use Lakes coffee which isn't necessarily a plus but if you need coffee they have it. read more

This brand new bagel spot is exactly what Moorestown Main St. has been missing! This is Moore Bagels' second location (their original is in Marlton), but this location is much bigger. Interior is very modern -- about four stools on the counter, one small table, two comfy chairs, and a large communal table gets you a decent amount of seating. There's also rocking chairs and a few tables outside for nicer days. They have a wide range of bagel flavors including a rosemary Asiago and a cheddar jalapeño. I tried cheddar jalapeño with veggie cream cheese toasted. It was very good although I generally prefer my cream cheese loaded with veggie and for the jalapeños to be more toasted into the bagel (these seemed a bit soft). They have an extensive menu, so you'll be sure to find something you like. read more

One of the better independent bagel shops on the area. I love Rye bagels and they have them here. It does get busy on Saturday mornings, but the line moves very quickly and they seem to have a good system running. Considering how long the line was, we didn't wait long for our order. I got a toasted rye with cream cheese, my friend got and egg sandwich on an everything bagel. I wish my bagel had a little more 'rye' in it, but I enjoyed it non the less. One of my best moves in life was moving 10 minutes away and here lies this subtle little bagel shop pumping out bagels by the dozens They don't skimp on topping or meat which is important to me. I have been here many times and will continue to come here. It's a small subtle shop with not much room but the most at they pump out bagels makes up for it. One complaint which is probably just because they are young kids working there, they come of rude and bratty but that didn't take away from the quality of this food or kitchen staff!! The service is always quick thanks to the kitchen, the longest I have ever waited (even ordered a hot sandwich) fora meal was 10 minutes. For mine, that I wasn't even going to make until the owner Pat Moore decided to yell obscenities and insults over the phone at me today, will be a fun ride. Me and my girlfriend have enjoyed and ate at Moores for over 3 years, besides the two incidents listed below. May 5, 2024, I ordered a hottie and had green fuzz or something in mixed into my cream cheese. It was like green fiber you find one sweaters or a fake wig. I called the same day, and was offered a credit for the next time I came in. I accepted since it wasn't life threatening, and I only lost my appetite and didn't eat there for a few weeks. December 18, 2024, yesterday me and my girlfriend ordered two sweeties on a French toast. I took two bites of mine and crunched down on something hard so I yelled wtf and my mom asked what happened? Spitting out my half chewed food revealed a blackened staple that was in my breakfast sandwich. I immediately called twice at 12:58 and got a disconnected dial tone, so no way to leave a voicemail. I work full time and wanted to call during my 12:30-1:30 lunch. So I called again today 12:30, asked for the owner and he was not in so I left my name and number. As soon as me and the owner Pat Moore connect for a phone call it immediately became hostile. Accusing me and my girlfriend of "blasting him online" after one review where we expressed our disappointment. There were two incidents of foreign object in my food, one being a metal sharpened staple, so any criticism or warning to eat here is warranted. This owner cares more about his reviews than his customers, not in our minute+ long phone call did he apologize or take accountability. Instead he called me and my girlfriend "fucking bitches who made up bullshit" and "if you were a man you'd have come to the store and talked it out" Men should know when to take accountability and respect their costumers, which are qualities you lack. I was constantly talked over and insulted until Pat Moore abruptly hung up on me. As I said I can't just drop my job and go to your store, I wanted a civilized conversation about a serious problem, and to talk about a possible refund for the money I've wasted and instead got verbally assaulted. After over 3 years of supporting this business I regret ever giving this man my money. He is a small man who needs psychological help for his rage. Never apologized, he said "i don't know what you people do with my food when you leave with it" there is no reason for being a customer for so long I should be accused of lying. Also saying my generation is the problem with the world, so if you're around my age of 26 this dude has some sort of vendetta against you. A Very popular bagel Shoppe. Especially on a Thursday at 10:07 AM. Go figure! Pre-pandemic it looks as though there was window seating available in this very small store that sits in a strip mall off of Route 70 in Evesham, New Jersey. The staff was not masked, albeit some customers and myself. There were a few tables outside on the sidewalk and some customers were utilizing them while they ate their bagel sandwiches. I had to wait right outside of the door because therewere at least seven or eight people inside amongst the dozens of made up orders in bags that lined the window counters. In less than four minutes I was able to place my order. The gentleman took my order and payment expeditiously with a thank you. My order was prepared by a young lady right there and then. I got a Poppy seed bagel, Nova lox, Cream cheese with a touch of onion. I usually request a more well done bagel but took a gamble between that and a pale one. My bagel was very soft, (pale, oh well) definitely freshly made with a slightly chewy crust that is certainly reminiscent of a hand rolled, boiled and then baked bagel. Nova lox was of good quality and so was the cream cheese. I would certainly stop back again when in the area. read more
