She took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the bakery's cake options. Her enthusiasm, patience, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Alicia completely changed my perception of the bakery. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and she deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does. She made me feel valued as a customer and reminded me how much a positive interaction can matter. Thanks to Alicia, Sweet Eats Bakery has earned my business back.
