The menu kicks ass. You can get a dog with different types of creative toppings. Each one of the menu items have a crazy name for them and it suits each one well. I wanted to try all of them, but I stopped myself from doing so. The Exchange Student was ahhhh-mmazing! It was topped with garlic mayo, pineapple, and potato chips. The bun was perfectly toasted with butter and I enjoyed each bite more than the last. My husband got the Principal Ron and it was topped with bacon, BBQ sauce, and goat cheese. I took a bite of his and it was good, but I wanted mine more ;) Kudos to the guy that was doing the orders that night since he was the only one on the truck doing all the work. Even though it was the longest line out of all of the other food trucks that were there, he quickly handled each order smoothly and didn't stressed about the crowd waiting for those delicious dogs. The schedule is online, so you can check out when and where you can get one or four of these delicious hot dogs. The $5 price is fairly reasonable for each one of them. I definitely will try a different one the next time I visit the truck.

His claim to fame is that he is the only local place to get Zweigle's dogs. He cooks them to order and serves it simply on a bun and on a paper towel. This is no frills and that's okay to me. We tried the red hot dog. Fresh off the grill it was super hot and with some splitting of the crispy casing. Yum. I had mine simple with mustard only. It was delicious. My son, is a heathen, he had ketchup and mustard on his red hot dog. He was blown away. The crisp casing, the off the grill heat, and super flavor made his afternoon. I think his name is Tom and he is a hoot to talk to while he's grilling your dogs. It was a neat break to have a dog and chat with this guy as a storm was threatening. Luckily the weather held and we had our dogs and got back on the road. We'll be stopping again for sure. We want to try the white dog next.

I went back to the counter and asked if I could get a different kits without cheese. The owner was at the counter and immediately took the sandwich from me and had the chef remake it. I was a bit surprised that it was going to be remade when a new pita would have made me happy. Well I got a new meal and dig in again. My husband had pizza leftover so he took it to his sister's house as she just moved into a new condo in Boynton Beach. Her and her BFF took one look at the pizza and dove in. They enjoyed it so much that she ordered three pizzas for her condo-warming party! Folks really enjoyed it!
