I tried these crispy cones with ice cream in Canada at a fair for the first time and was desperately searching to find something similar in Florida! I was so excited when I found this place! The crispy cone itself is great and they load up the Nutella spread well. I do wish they added a few more toppings at the bottom or in the middle somehow though so there is an even spread of ice cream to toppings. It also felt a bit small for the price of $10 for the cone. The soft serve ice cream was also great! In Canada, I had it was gelato so that may have spoiled me a bit but I thought that was so delicious! I wish they would add more flavors of ice cream. They did have a passion fruit cone as well as a seasonal item. We may try that next time. The shop was very clean and looked very new but they have been open for over a year now. The plaza where this shop is is still up and coming as a lot of the shops are still empty. read more

We visited this soft serve eatablishmnt last night. We saw it and we were curious about it months ago. So last night after dinner at a restaurant that does not do desserts very well, we decided to give this place a try. It was exactly what it claims to be, and that is a soft serve ice cream in a crispy cone that is more like a puffy baked like Chiro kind of thing. It's hard to explain. It's also hard to eat lol but that doesn't mean it wasn't delicious. I wish I could say I was super Duper excited about it, like I would go back over and over again. But for me, it felt like a one and done only because it was soft serve number one, and it was hard to eat. I wanted to really get to the cone part with the Nutella inside, and I wanted that part to be warm and the way that everything worked together, it was kind of just... (Disappointing is not the right word, don't get me wrong) It was just exactly what I was expecting and that was maybe the letdown. And again I must say everything was delicious. We tried the monthly soft serve flavor which I think the last day for that was yesterday so sorry about that. But it was like witches brew something and it was basically cake batter flavored soft serve. It was so good! We got the cinnamon and sugar standard crispy cone with Nutella inside like I mentioned. We got crushed up Heath bars as our topping with Nutella drizzle and it was really good. One was enough for two adults to share. If you love each other, lol But all in all, I must say that for me, although they fully deserve this four star review. I probably won't have it again just because I really need my calories to count when it comes to dessert. I will say that they just started serving hot chocolate and it was fantastic! I do not enjoy hot chocolate. Usually. But last night I was all about it :). She said ( she being the owner) that it was imported, Belgian chocolate, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate, and milk. That's it. And that's exactly what it tasted like-- it tasted so rich and creamy and chocolatey nothing artificial at all. From the moment we walked in, we were in heaven. Who seemed like the owner or manager, was so welcoming, kind and social. He explained the process and helped our little ones select what they wanted on the device to place orders. We all got very different orders but the same satisfied outcome! I kept it simple with the original cone, no filling; just the special strawberry swirl soft serve and no toppings. It was just perfect. I didn't realize the cone would be so delicious. We had someone in our group that didn't get a cone and everyone else had a different filling and very unique topping choices, that they all loved! It is cool that you get a filling and topping with the price. I did not benefit from that feature but it makes sense and keeps the kids within guidelines. So, heck yes, we will be back! I love this place. So much so, we will be coming back when we are back in town. We also were told that there is one location back home in Orlando. Yay! My family and I were visiting from out of town, and we made it an effort to come here and get some soft serve. My mom-in-law wasn't sure what to order, but the owner offered her to try one of the regular cones. So nice of her! They have lots of options for different toppings. The girls working there were very nice and helpful. As soon as we got there she asked if we wanted her to explain how it worked. You should go. Interesting set up. It's soft serve ice cream with a twist. Lots of cone options and specials. Just a helpful note; the cone is crispy before they put ice cream in it. You then have about 120 seconds before the Florida heat turns the breaded cone into a wet cinnamon roll. I ate my toppings then lopped off four inches of the ice cream in the parking lot to enjoy the cone. Maybe ask them to hand it to you upside down. read more

Stopped here today for the first time and it wasn't very busy when we came in. They helped us with our order and made suggestions. I ended up getting the pumpkin spice cone with the biscoff and cream cheese. It was amazing. The best ice cream place I've been to by far. They also had a special for Labor Day, a fruit and whipped cream filled cone (which we brought home, as we were full). The employees were incredibly friendly and were very welcoming. A fun place to stop once in a while as the prices are bit high, but there aren't many good options in the palm beach area. We will definitely be back! read more

We found the advertisement in the Jupiter cronicles that come in the mail. We went to the shoppe late afternoon and the girls at the counter were great and explained the menu. 3 people working but only one was making the cones. A dozen people waiting to receive there orders after you input them into 2 terminals at the end of the counter, which was poorly marked. Very poor communication and zero help from staff to input orders. Ice cream was rich and flavorful the crispy cone was more like a cinnamon sugar doughnut filled the ice cream and toppings. Small servicing in too small a cup to catch the toppings falling off the melting ice cream. This is a franchise that will not be around for long because the owner was overwhelmed by 12 people waiting for orders. They need to assembly line the making of the products in order to get people out the door. We waited 33 minutes before our order was ready. Father's Day discount not applied at checkout! Why??? Had to ask the owner to refund the 2nd cone. In which she lied about her telling the customers that she needed to apply the discount. We were there for a half hour waiting before we were served and never heard her say anything. I guess hoping nobody would ask. Won't be back!!! No worries though this place won't be here. Which interesting enough is more a sugar donut than a cone. Not a good combination. Anyway, was told I get a topping g with my scoop. No mention of additional cost. My wife orders the exact same thing. The topping was shaved almonds which were very few and more like sprinkles. Here's the best part. The tab?? Over $18!!
