I ended up finding one that could be redeemed for a vial of glutathione, which was a fun surprise. The timing ended up being a little tricky because I was leaving the country and couldn't pick it up right away. Instead of making things difficult, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were kind enough to hold it until I returned and even mailed it to me afterward. I really appreciated how flexible they were. I also noticed the prescription was filled by a well-known compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale that I'd heard of before, which gave me some extra confidence in where it came from. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and offered to walk me through how to use everything. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Something else I appreciated was that there wasn't any pressure to buy additional treatments or products. A lot of aesthetic clinics can feel very sales-driven, but that wasn't my experience here. They answered my questions, helped me with what I came for, and let me make my own decisions without any hard sell. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Good customer service goes a long way, and this team made a great first impression. I'll definitely consider coming back in the future.

I still had time 2 be seen, when i called Kim who is unprofessional & explained what happened! Nothing they must water in syringes! Kim said I didn't come in for follow up! I did call because they charge you! And I tried to explain to her I still had the 11's & crows feet! Not what the 2 injections on the both side of outside lip. She started screaming You're not getting anything free! I was trying to say they took before pictures to compare to! As I said with my condition. He listened to my concerns, gave me options, and really took the time to explain everything. Eventually I decided that it wouldn't be worth it to try laser to the area. He was honest and realistic about the results, explaining that the treatment likely wouldn't make a huge difference in their appearance. How refreshing! He refunded my consult fee and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back for filler to a different area. He put filler to my temples and cheeks. In the last few years, I didn't like how my face had been looking saggy and a bit unflattering. This gave me the LIFT I needed! My nasolabial folds are essentially gone and I look like I did three years ago. My confidence is soaring and the best thing--no one can even tell what I did.
