This time was to receive an IV treatment while recovering from pneumonia. I was severely dehydrated and no amount of drinking was helping. I had already gone to the hospital and saw my PCP and was still finding no relief. My husband had gone for such IV treatments a few times prior and suggested it. Both Dr. Raniero and Dr. Ghavami were able to arrange for me to receive my treatment right away. Dr. Ghavami was in office when I arrived and he saw to all of my needs with the utmost professionalism. He made sure I was comfortable and checked on me repeatedly, but not enough to be cumbersome. It was incredible to be treated in such a relaxing setting (with the most comfortable massage chair I've ever sat in) with a soothing snow falling scene playing, evoking such a zen experience. This was only heightened by the fact that I was being monitored by a medical doctor who catered the treatment to my personal medical needs. I felt at ease and completely cared for. I honestly have never felt so cared for in a medical or spa facility. Philly Med Club superseded all of my expectations and continues to prove to stand above the rest. I look forward to my next appointment for a new treatment in the new year and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

I ended up finding one that could be redeemed for a vial of glutathione, which was a fun surprise. The timing ended up being a little tricky because I was leaving the country and couldn't pick it up right away. Instead of making things difficult, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were kind enough to hold it until I returned and even mailed it to me afterward. I really appreciated how flexible they were. I also noticed the prescription was filled by a well-known compounding pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale that I'd heard of before, which gave me some extra confidence in where it came from. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and offered to walk me through how to use everything. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Something else I appreciated was that there wasn't any pressure to buy additional treatments or products. A lot of aesthetic clinics can feel very sales-driven, but that wasn't my experience here. They answered my questions, helped me with what I came for, and let me make my own decisions without any hard sell. Overall, it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Good customer service goes a long way, and this team made a great first impression. I'll definitely consider coming back in the future.

I attended the Vitamin IV, which I had never done before…read more I arrived early enough and was able to find a parking spot not far from the business. Walked in and was greeted by staff members who were friendly and engaging with us. Paperwork was completed before we even arrived so we were able to go right in the back and start our treatment. There were 5 of us getting a treatment and they had the room prepped for our experience. Everything was sanitized, they had refreshments and donuts from a Reading Terminal spot, which were amazing . Raj was the one giving us the treatment and she was amazing. She helped ease peoples fears about getting the IV, she talked us through everything (which vitamins we were getting, the benefits of them, how often we should get a treatment, how we will feel afterwards etc. She was great, funny, energetic, just overall a energy. She went down the line giving us all an IV and connecting us the vitamins, she stayed engaged with us a bit and then left us to have convo amongst ourselves. Everyone finished at different times but it took about 45mins to an hour for everyone to get done. Afterwards, I felt refreshed and had a bit of a pep to my ste. I also noticed that for a few days I didn't experience any cramping in my legs which is something that happens consistently with me.
