Though I have to agree with some other reviewers. Maintenance of the equipment could be better attended. Especially for such a nice town you'd think they'd utilize the equipment warranties. The staffers should be the ones to put in the requests to the higher ups as they see the issues on the daily. There were 12 others in the class, and I still felt I got personalized attention throughout. This is a similar class to the Functional 45 (F45) class that is taking over right now. I was impressed that he had the same offering and yet seemed more accessible due to Class Pass. Another perk was the cool people also working out there. I feel like this would be an easy place to meet some fit and fun locals. I'll be back, and look forward to seeing how much the workouts change week to week. They say they accept FSA cards but my insurance (Cigna) did not accept the charge. Then when I charged it to my card and asked for reimbursement they required a letter of medical necessity from my doctor. Then when I asked my doctor and sent them the site and all information, despite they themselves diagnosing me with tmj, would not sign a lmn for these services. I have had doctors sign an lmn before for other things and of course you can ask your doctor to fill one out for anything BUT they have to agree and mine didn't. So before you invest I would talk to your doctor first and get them on board, have them sign a lmn then buy the service then ask your insurance for reimbursement and submit the lmn with receipt.
