Absolutely unacceptable service and dishonest conduct! I normally don't leave bad reviews, but Phixser Solutions was so unprofessional and careless that others need to be warned. I'm a tenant through Invitation Homes, and Phixser was sent to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. It took four separate visits, none of which correctly diagnosed or solved the issue -- and their negligence made the problem worse. Visit 1: Said it was the caulk around the sink. Recaulked it. Still leaked. Visit 2: Claimed it was the faucet caulk. Still leaked. Visit 3: Said it was a loose nut. It wasn't. Still leaking. This was over a few weeks and between visits 3 and 4: The leak got worse, and by that Friday night it was bad enough that we had to shut off the water completely for the weekend. This resulted in rot and water damage under the cabinet -- which could've been avoided if they'd done their job the first time. I figured out the real issue myself and recorded videos to prove it. When Phixser came for Visit 4, the technician (who was normally polite but spoke no English at all and had to communicate through Google translate) installed a used, plastic bathroom faucet on our kitchen sink without approval. He claimed Invitation Homes wouldn't authorize the correct part and said he didn't want to wait. He then got visibly frustrated and made my pregnant wife (8 months along) feel unsafe, prompting her to come get me. While arguing over pricing with Invitation Homes from his truck, he ultimately drove off without finishing the job -- and literally took our original faucet with him. A week later, they had the nerve to try and schedule the same job again -- with no apology or acknowledgment of the previous disaster. When I explained what happened, they acted indignant and dismissive. Thankfully, Invitation Homes sent their own technician the next day, who replaced the faucet and confirmed they had fired Phixser from this job. I've also heard they may be cutting ties with this vendor entirely. Bottom line: Phixser Solutions is incompetent, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. If you're a homeowner or property manager, stay far away. They caused damage, endangered our peace of mind, and stole our faucet -- all while doing nothing right the first time. This company is absolutely terrible, no one speaks English, they told me it's my problem that I don't speak Spanish.

i've had service before to have my guset bathroom shower remodeled and they did a great job with a great price. I live in a condo and was going to have my main bathroom remodeled by phixser. After giving a deposit to have it done, I experienced problems with the condo management and had to cancel the job. I had no problem getting my deposit back from phixser. PHIXSER IS A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS....They came to replace my heater....I came home to them forcing me to get an electrician from them as well....well he came and just bashed a hole in the wall and did a MICKEY MOUSE JOB....They left our home over night in darkness.....my pets we're in the house panting like crazy....No one answers calls!!! They WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE LURCH....They refuse to show us their electricians Credentials....We are sweating all tonight!!! read more

Called for a clogged main drain pipe. They sent a guy but he could not resolve the issue. The guy did not have the necessary equipment so he could not do the job. We called the main office but no one answered. The guy left and we did not hear back from any of them. We continued to call to see if they would come back and left several messages. No answers. No reply. Just not professional. We ended up calling another company and had the issue resolved within 20 minutes ( they were prepared) for a great price. I found this company through Home Advisors. I had an issue with a nearly brand new bathroom sink faucet. The water coming out wasn't at full force. At first I thought it was clogged somewhere since the water pressure wasn't strong. They show up and the 2 guys speak ZERO English. Legal citizens... questionable? The entire conversation had to be translated via my phone with the person in their home office. Then I got a quote for $180 to replace the hardware. Again this is a brand new sink that never gets used because it's in my guest bathroom. I went Home Depot the following day and spent $3.74 on an aerator filter and the problem is solved. Do not use this company. they come in and say you have more problems than what you originally called them for. They broke my sink faucet and then the worker said it was already broken. Now im stuck fixing it on my own. This company came in through a home insurance service i contracted and i will definitely cancel the service, Phixser does not answer the calls. lies about your service and you can not reach the owners Korbitz nor the Jorge Harb. Called them to fix two toilets and replace a hose bib October 12, 2021. Told me they needed to order parts for the toilet and that it would take only a few weeks. Came back in early November with the toilet parts only to be told they weren't the right parts. They replaced the hose bib but left the hole in the wall, apparently the $290 hose bib replacement did not include repair of the wall. I waited for a call about the toilet parts but ended up having to call them only to hear the same answers, either the parts were being ordered or they were still looking for them. Every week a different excuse. Then I got tired of calling but they kept calling me every week to remind me to pay the full invoice and every week I would tell them the job wasn't complete. Weeks turned into months and then in early May of THIS YEAR (2022) the calls started again to pay the invoice, this time apparently having noticed they didn't finish the job they adjusted their invoice to just include the $290 hose bib replacement. Again a hose bib replacement with no patching of the wall and they tightened the hose on the bib so tightly that we haven't actually been able to remove the hose. I never go out of my way to write negative reviews but this experience was so frustrating and annoying. I will say the employee that came to replace the hose bib originally back October was very nice and friendly. He did inform me that he believed someone else was supposed to come to patch the wall (that is was a different department that was in charge of that) but if it were not for his friendliness and professionalism I would have given a worse review.
