Not a bad experience for a quick dinner. I stopped in to let traffic die down as I headed into Denver. The interior was clean and I was promptly greeted and sat. I ordered the shrimp Bowl came with a lot of fresh basil bean sprouts limes and the broth itself had a clean taste. Their Pho here isn't fantastic, but when I feel like stopping by for some, it'll do. However, this review is based solely on the customer service. The first two times were average, but the last visit was awful. We ordered 2 bowls of Pho & a boba. First, the guy (probably the owner) was cranky upon taking our order, and He completely ignored our empty water glasses all night. He filled everyone's glasses but ours. It was only until we had to call him over did he wander over grumpily, and he neglected to serve us our boba completely (we ended up docking it from the order). His excuse: they were "busy". Order a bowl of pho with raw steak on the side, instead of having it in my pho. When my pho came, I tasted the broth, turns out it was very plain, with no flavoring, the bean sprout and basil that came to accompany the pho, was either dead or leaning towards that way. When I ate my raw steak on the side, it tasted ok. So far so good I guess ??? Fast forward 14 hours, I started having the chills, fever, diarrhea, dehydration, severe headache. Turns out I got salmonella infection, bad beef that got left out too long and still being serve to customers ? My family that ate there didn't have the beef on the outside of their pho, so even if it was bad beef, the beef just need to reach 125 degrees to be safe to eat. So I'm pretty sure they leave their beef out for long period of time. read more

Tried this Pho for the first time and it was really good! We liked the fried dumplings! The service wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad! We just felt like we were waiting for long periods of time to order, get our food, and for the waitress to come back around so we could ask for something. Pho is really good; and they are open early ---- I can have a bowl of soup for a "late breakfast" if I want. I love pho in the mornings when it's cold outside. Everyone that I've brought here has not been disappointed with the pho, egg rolls, spring rolls, or the noodle bowls. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. Note: To reduce carbs or sugar --- I replace the noodles with bean sprouts. If you ask, they will put steamed bean sprouts in the pho. (1 cup of bean sprouts = 0.7 g of carbs vs. 1 cup of pho noodles = 44 g of carbs) I've also asked them to roll spring rolls with no noodles and use bean sprouts instead. read more

Service was mediocre at best. (I was the only customer) Stood in the door way waiting to be seated while some lady yelled in Vietnamese to another lady in the back that I was there (I assume). She took her time. Finally seats me. Ask for a water and a diet coke while I look at the menu. Brings me a glass of ice with a straw and a glass of water that tastes like sewage. Didn't get my diet coke until my soup arrived, 10 min after my terrible dumplings. I had to get up and go look for her. Again, the other lady yelled to the back for her to come out. I guess I interrupted my server's lunch because she had her mouth full. Their fried dumplings are not great. Over cooked. I don't know what sauce comes with it, but it was bland as hell. I literally don't know what the brown sauce was. maybe it was watered down with their sewage water.. Had the Rare Steak pho. The meat was the worst meat they could possibly find. Spongy and weird. Ate there some time ago and ordered the grilled chicken noodle bowl. The portion was generous, the chicken lean and tasty, and the bowl contained a lot of vegetables. I like the fish sauce. Avoid. Last night I bought two orders of Pho one for me and the second for my husband, egg noodles seafood. I took the "to go" containers home and when I poured the food into a large bowl there were two dead flies mixed with the food. I am Vietnamese and I have eaten here a few times before. My husband was so angry that they allowed this to happen. We will never go back. When we called to tell them about it they acted as if they could not care. My favorite pho house in the entire metro area, bar none. I typically bring home bowls for my wife and I every Tuesday night. The flavor is vaguely sweet, always fresh. The basil, lime, and jalapeno slices are bountiful and crisp. The only thing I wish they added were packets of fish sauce in their to go, but that's a very minor quibble. This place gets my highest recommendation for pho bowls. read more

Their pho come in great portion sizes, but it's mediocre at best. Broth is okay, but their noodles come out as extremely soft and falls apart almost near the texture of firm rice porridge. Their service was the type where you sit down, order your food, and they bring your meal quickly but leave you alone for the rest of your meal, only to ask if everything is alright when you call them over. Pretty good. I wish the broth was a bit more flavorful but i liked it and the fact that they use dandelions in the garnish. I think a lot of Pho restaurants forget about that. I have eaten here once before and the food was pretty good. My two friends and I were craving pho last night after the mall so we decided to come here! We arrived at around 8 pm (restaurant closes at 9) and as soon as we walked in, without even saying hello or greeting us, the women at the front said "We're closed. Stopped in on a sunday evening which was not crowded at all. We were seated promptly and didn,t wait long for our order to be taken. The Pho was more bland than other pho restaurants we tried both in denver and CA. The Bun noodle bowl with grilled pork and egg rolls was very flavorful and enough for two people. Service was very friendly and staff, when not serving, would watch the customers and come to the table if they felt the customer needed something. I,d say that,s above average service compared to other pho restaurants. When asked they brought us some additional empty bowls for our kids to use. And, probably aware of peanut allergies, the waitress asked if I wanted peanuts or not with the Bun noodles. I made a mistake of over adding the bill (it was $10 too much) and the cashier quickly and politely pointed it out. Overall a good experience and would visit again. read more

This was my family and I's first time going to this restaurant. It was absolutely Aweful. First thing we noticed was that the table was still dirty so we wiped it off ourselves. We then looked up to see that the ceiling has LOTS of water damage and the vents are totally black with mold. The fans also had inches and layers of black dust on top of them. We moved tables just for the fear of having these specimens falling on our food. The food was okay. Then when I went to the bathroom one of the workers just walked out, not washing her hands at all!!
