There is little English spoken here so be prepared however the menu is dual translated so it's easy to know everything you're getting. Start off with a coconut milkshake - you will devour it trust me. The Bánh cun was like a vietnamese ravili stuff with spices and meat and super good, hoever if you want a starter the Ch giò was the best. The dipping sauce with the sweet chilis was so good a few of us ended up mixing the leftover into our bowls. It was SOOO good. The Ph đc bit bò viên was fantastic. The broth so flavorful that you'll drink it from the bowl when you're done. There's no need to add anything extra to it either, it's perfect as you get it. The Bún bò nng ch giò (Bò Bún) was really fresh and good though which was my favorite of main entrees. The beef was cooked perfectly so you aren't gnawing away for 5 minutes on the same piece of meat but instead enjoying it. Beats most places I've had even back home. The one downside of this place is that they will cram you in there. Like a 6 inch gap to get to the back side of the booth which made it tricky to get in and out as needed while we enjoyed dinner and drinks. But you can make it work because it's worth it!

NOW. the dry noodle dish was actually a shot in the dark cuz i've never ordered non soup noodles at a place Known for pho before and everyone was recommending the normal pho online BUT dry noodle was literally a GAME CHANGING gamble SO DELICIOUS. the dish had all different types of meat and was GENEROUSLY portioned. had to put a pic from the official menu cuz my pic does not do it justice. the sauce was truly the star of the show idk what they put in it but it was perfectly savory and sweet and now i feel like the sweet and salty food i've had in the past is just a poor imitation of this. idek how to describe it other than like oyster sauce on crack. also i think the fact that it was 94 degrees outside and there was barely ac inside the restaurant and there were patrons AND they all ordered pho has to speak to the pho quality of this place. i will be back for you ngoc xuyen saigon. Whenever I'm in Paris I try to hit up this restaurant. I tend to get the same thing every time -…read morethe broken rice combination platter that has chicken, crab omelette, and shredded pork. It comes with a small bowl of chicken broth, which is delightfully flavorful. The chicken is tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. The crab omelette is the crabbiest omelette I've ever had at a Vietnamese restaurant (which to be fair is usually in the U.S.). I knew to expect amazing Vietnamese food in Paris so I was not disappointed. It's a narrow restaurant with very little seating so just be prepared it may not be ideal for large groups - unless they have the terrace seating set up - which they did over the summer. Service was solid though I generally feel like Asian restaurants pay minimal attention to service. Overall, I highly recommend - especially if you need a spot during a bank holiday when many other restaurants are closed.
