To start, I have only had take-outs from Pho24. My husband and I would always order the P7 combo and occasionally get spring rolls. Pros: The young men who work here are very polite. I came in on New Year's Day about 5 minutes before closing early for the Holidays, and they still willingly took my order. Service is always quick. When I call in, my orders would always be ready in 10 minutes or less. Cons: Whether you order the medium or X-large takeout, you will basically receive the same size portions. I've been going for a few years now and today was my last visit. They've steadily gone downhill and now that they've opened so many locations are apparently trying to cheap out on everything. The Food: The portion I got today was the smallest yet and the typical plate of bean sprouts, herbs, and peppers was sparse to put it kindly with not even so much as a single piece of basil and instead of limes they've had lemons the last two times I went. The waitress already knew it was inadequate when she brought it to the table as she was offering to bring more upon request. Nevermind that there are probably 100 places within 5 minutes of there that can serve a decent amount the first time because they aren't trying to cheap out on their customers. With the price increase and shrinking portions it is no longer a good value. I used to be stuffed eating a bowl of their pho and today I was barely satisfied in terms of hunger because the portion was pathetic. Cleanliness: Wear latex gloves to handle anything on the table because it is all sticky - and not just a little bit. What comes to mind for me with this is if this is what they'll leave visible what are they doing in places I can't see. The Service: Disorganized, rude, and overall poor. The complete opposite of what it has been until this year. They used to have awesome service. I literally listed to a waitress address a customer complaint with "this is not our problem, it is your problem" and then went on to further scold the customer about how she tried to explain whatever. Completely unprofessional to say the least. Then, as I am reading while I eat (because my lunch is my only time to myself some days so I like to take my time and relax) a man walks up and starts clearing my table and after having removed multiple items decides it's a good time to ask if I am finished. At that point I decided I was finished. Not just with the meal but with this Pho 24 as a whole. Sad, used to love it and now they've ruined it. The only reason I left 2 stars instead of one is because the lady at the counter was somewhat engaging as I explained my dissatisfaction and did make an effort to apologize. read more

Unfortunately, this review has a lower score due to their service vs. their flavor of food. I came to dine here with my family on an early Sunday afternoon. It really was not busy at all but the service felt so lagged. It took forever for anyone to take our orders AND when the food did come, the server was literally just putting the bowl of phos onto the table without saying which bowl was what and not even trying to pass it down the table, making it crowded on one end. I finally did ask him which of the 5 bowls of pho was the one with the fatty brisket and he replies, "uh.. i dont know" then walks away. Wow, wtf. That was honestly really crappy. The pho was alright but at that point it didn't even matter. Of course, no one checks in on us and of course no one comes back to refill our water even though none of us had any water left half way eating our lunch. When we were finally done, we waited.. and waited.. and waited but no one brought over our check. Honestly, I understand the flow of service is different when it comes to pho restaurants, but COME ON, they didn't even care! How can I leave an honest tip when no one even tried to work for it? Drove by this place last week on my way to the Korean BBQ spot, it was lit up so it gave me the impression that it was open late - it's not, 10a-10p. Because I'm part Vietnamese I know a good bowl of pho... this place is mediocre. I am so happy to see a vietnamese restaurant open up closer to the duluth/norcross/johns creek area! So much closer for me compared to going to the other vietnamese hot spots. My husband and I just casually saw the grand opening sign while driving down PIB and were so excited that we stopped by to try it out. I had the lemongrass chicken with rice and my husband had the lemongrass chicken with vermicelli and a bowl of pho (my hubby eats a lot LOL). Everything we had was fantastic! And the avocado smoothie...hands down the best avocado smoothie around. I agree with another Yelper that PDL3 is still the standard for viet food but the food here is still pretty good. Pho 24 recently opened at this location. Been here twice so far and we'll be back again. The spring rolls are good here. I recommend both the shrimp and pork rolls. I think the pork one is A4. I also like their pho. I always like to taste the broth before I add my Sirarcha, plum sauce, and red chili sauce. The soup broth here is flavorful and aromatic which I like. Service has always been attentive and the restaurant space is open and nice. Vaulted ceilings in one section of the restaurant, the side that has a cool mural/artwork on the wall. Also, during one visit I ordered Taro Bubble Tea and it was refreshing and good, and it didn't break the bank! Cool artwork on the wall. Really nice interior space. Right now this spot isn't 24 hours but it will be soon per the sign. It will be a great late night spot since there aren't too many in the area. Also, there have been many times I'm craving Pho when the restaurants are already closed. It will be nice to grab some late night eats without going to Buford Highway. Dined here twice now since they opened and food is consistent. My only issue is the shape of the bowl for the pho. Their small pho bowl is not the conventional wide bowl that pho places normally use. I think they opted for more contemporary looking dishes and bowls. It really makes the small pho look even smaller although my stomach tells me that the amount is relatively same as any other pho places. It also makes it harder to eat when you are trying not to have your pho spill over into the table. But I'm not here complaining about the food so it's a good thing. Good quality meat. Broth is good. Veggies are fresh. It's got a lot of tables to accommodate high volume. Servers speak good English. Oh and props to their staff. I accidentally left my phone at the table and didn't realize until I got home. I called my phone and one of the staff picked up and told me I had left it at the restaurant. Most would have just taken the phone and lie about it. I was able to retrieve my phone so I thought I'd repay the favor and give them props for having honest good staff. They deserve a raise. Lol. This is my go to place for pho now. It's literally 2 minutes down the street from my house and I don't have to go across 85 bridge to the other side for my good old pho dailoi. Pho was tasty enough, not the best. The vegetables that accompany the pho were SO fresh though so that was great! The spring rolls were fresh and tasty as well. Only thing is we ordered smoothies to go towards the last 10 minutes of the meal but we waited an additional 20 minutes after our meal to get them. So 30 minutes total for the smoothies. They were fresh smoothies too though, lol. BUT after we ate, as we were waiting by the counter for the smoothies, we saw their health score was a 78 . I love how close and convenient is from my home. It's only a two minute drive down the road. It's also 24/7, which gives me more options for places that are open late that is nearby (besides their neighboring Taco Mac and WaHo). The restaurant is structured interestlingly. It's main dining location is located on the left side of the restaurant, while more seating options are available tucked on the far right. The cashier's table is placed towards the back, center of the restaurant. I've had their Pork Chop dish and their pho. The food wasn't as great as the Pho restaurants stretching down towards Pleasant Hill but it will do. The Pho is better than their rice dishes, and it'll keep you full for hours at end. The rice dishes aren't as filling for me (.. I do tend to eat a lot), but it's still decent. Customer service is great here too. read more

I usually go to the one on Buford hwy but I was in the area to see a friend and we decided to go here. I ordered the same thing I get at the location- fried chicken with fried rice and my fried got the lemon grass chicken with fried rice (they substituted her plain rice). I could definitely taste the difference. It wasn't as flavorful as it is at the BuHi location. The rice tasted a little bland and the chicken was okay. We also got the thai tea which was good! This place has a bigger parking lot with other asian restaurants right next to them. I will stick to the BuHi location! read more

Craving Pho but this place is a cluster. Food came out all wrong. Waited forever. Asked for certain foods to come out first and was told "It's up to the chef" place is dirty with tons of dirty places. Hubby ordered meat with seafood and tofu came out. We went to try out this restaurant because we had a 20% off coupon. We ordered the standard fares to see how good their food was. First of all, the service was very disorganized. We did not get any utensils nor seasoning condiments. The soup for the Pho Special was mediocre and lukewarm only. The Grilled Pork & Fried Egg on steamed rice came with about 10 tiny (and I mean TINY) little slivers of pork and a huge pile of white rice. All in all, not a satisfying meal at all. Then to add insult to injury, when we presented the coupon at time of payment, we were told they no longer accept any coupons - even though there was no expiration date noted on the coupon. If it were just the food it would've easily been a 4 or 5 star visit. The cuisine is fantastic. However, the service and paying for refills on drinks is a huge turnoff. I had to track my server down to ask for a refill and had to leave my seat to go ask for my bill. This happened during lunch when people are trying to quickly get in and out. I got the fried rice with filet mignon. The rolls... great. Everyone that's I show the pic to is like what is in there... chicken, shrimp, carrots, peas. It was delicious! Tonight was my first time at this restaurant. From the moment I walked through the door I noticed how well lit and clean the restaurant appeared. Then we were greet by a polite host. Within minutes of being seated a server was at our table to answer any questions;same server was very tentative checking often seeing if we need anything. I ordered a chicken sandwich and medium soup not realizing how large the bowl was going to be, next time's it a small! Both sandwich and soup were excellent. Because I had way too much soup I got a to go contain plus ordered another chicken sandwich to go. Now I can't wait for lunch time tomorrow...even better I can't wait for my next visit to try another entree! Wish you had one in Sandy Springs where I live, but the drive to Duluth is worth it! We come here every time we crave pho. Cause its close by. This open 24/7 but sometimes i feel like they are under staffed. Pho is good and plenty, no complaints there. I usually get the combination and that fills me up. After the bring your food, you really have no more interaction with the waiter. I have being going to Pho 24 for over two years. The food is constantly amazing and fresh. Upon entering the restaurant I always feel very welcome and the staff are all very friendly. I highly recommend the garden rolls, Pho and Ban-Mi Sandwiches. Now here is something to really think about why you should visit Pho 24 and my Recommendation. I have being going to Vietnamese Restaurants since 2000. I first experienced Vietnamese Pho living up in the Washington DC Area. Also I am from Dublin, Ireland originally, traveled all over the United States and with the United States Marines all over the World. I certainly know Great Restaurants from all my travels. Pho 24 definitely ranks up high of Restaurants I have visited. Always look forward to returning every time I visit. As stated in the above the food is consistently amazing. First off, there are many Pho places around this area so ALL Pho places need to step up their game! With that being said, this place was just average at best. I went during a weekday lunch. The place looks like a old seafood restaurant that has been converted to an Asian Diner. The place just looks and feels like it's under construction when it actually isn't. Outside has this awkward gated area that's just there. Literally taking up space. This place can be turned into a nice outdoor deck. Anyways, all of their seating is tall bench seats, which looks out of place. I was seated by a very old man, in his 70's. I know he's not a regular waiter. He's probably the owner or the cook. The place looks very understaffed. I've been to plenty Asian restaurants so i understand the customer service level isn't very high. I ordered pho and eggrolls. The eggrolls came out very fast. I can tell they pre-cooked it and it was old/stale. It tasted good but it was a little cool. They only gave me a tiny amount of dipping sauce. I had to ask for more. The pho was just ok. Nothing special about it. Like I said, with so many Pho places around this area, Pho24 needs to step up their game. Nothing stood out with this place. I regret I cannot give this place a zero. This review is not about the food. The food is delicious, however, the service was horrible. Let's start with the server. She was not attentive to the orders and food requested. She had to be reminded of basic items to bring to the table (for example she brought an appetizer with no appetizer plates). Her overall aura was as if she did not want to serve us as the overall energy of everyone working at Pho24. We spent over $50 at the restaurant and they did not want to give us a to go cup to take our water to the car. The lady actually said, "this cost too much money." I'm sure she saved her three cent in the Styrofoam cup, but she surely lost customers. We are not going back. I strongly recommend that you find another place for diner. Pho24 is near Gwinnett Medical Duluth hospital. I took my Dad to the Emergency there (he's fine and doing great) but because of COVID, I could not wait inside the hospital. Got really hungry while I was waiting for him, so I thought I would try Pho24 as a healthier alternative to other restaurants in the area. I am SO glad that I did! The staff was very nice and accommodating even though I arrived just before the closed for the night. I had the shrimp vermicelli bun (B3). It was a nice combination of warm noodles and sweet, crunchy, cool salad. It had 6 medium -sized shrimp that were grilled perfectly! I came here for dinner with Tulie L and our kids. It is pretty spacious and wasn't very busy went we went on a Thursday night. We started with the spring rolls which were average. A little too much lettuce for me. I shared a med flank steak pho with my daughter. She ate all of what I gave her so she enjoyed it. The broth was rich and flavorful. I would come back to try other dishes. My Vietnamese friend the pho is good here and I trust her judgement. They also had ban mi sandwiches for $4. Reasonable price point and good service. read more
