Prices were better than some in the area- that doesn't mean the food lacks in flavor. I'm Vietnamese and I was kinda disappointed they didn't have a few Vietnamese dishes on the menu. I got a medium sized pho and a Vietnamese iced coffee. But besides that the food came out quick. Portion sizes was perfect- im happy they have a small, medium and large. Not safe under COVID. I was seated at a table and the place was empty except for another table on the opposite side of the restaurant. However, when a couple entered the restaurant without masks on, they were seated to the table RIGHT NEXT to mine. The whole restaurant was full of empty tables but they decided to place them right next to me. This is not acceptable and I will not be dining here again. I've come here twice now and each time was an excellent experience. The service is always really friendly and nice, making sure that we're enjoying our meal and brought to satisfaction. The place is quite large with many seating available. I've had their pho and it's amazing - filled with just the right amount of noodles AND meat. I would recommend the small size if you're not looking to get too full. But the small still comes with a lot of meat and noodles. I ordered the pork and egg roll vermicelli and ohmygosh it was soooo satisfying. Their portions are big for such a good price. And I ordered a chicken banh mi to try out. The banh mi isn't listed inside the menu but they do have signs up for them around the restaurant. It was $4!!!! My husband and I were so hopeful about this place. We live close by and love pho/Vietnamese food. We visited a couple of times in the last couple of months when they first opened and really enjoyed it, but our last visit was very disappointing. This time, the food was just ok. Prices are great. They now also have Bahn Mi- we would have tried if we had known before we ordered. They are also now open 24 hours as their name and sign imply! But service was just bad this time. There were employees standing around doing nothing, avoiding eye contact as we waited to order as well as when we waited to pay for our meals. One server seemed to be doing all the work, while everyone else stood around waiting for tables to bus or watching tv. They had spanish soap operas playing loudly on the flat screen tvs in the middle of restaurant (weird, right?) and one server **in the middle of taking our order** stepped aside to see what was happening on the show and waved the other server over to take our order instead. So rude! We stood at the counter for a while trying to pay and leave while the one server who was doing anything stood at a table carrying on a casual conversation with other customers within clear eyesight of us. No "I'll be right with you" or calling for another employee to help us pay our bill. As we stood waiting to pay I looked through the opening to the back of house and the lid to the ice bin was wide open with the ice scoop sticking out. (Having worked in food service one upon a time, I know this is a critical violation of food safety.) There were also over twenty cups of water sitting uncovered on the counter to be served to customers as they were seated. This place is legit AF. Expected in this neighborhood amongst a plethora of great authentic Asian food. That being said the food is authentic and in Vietnamese terms that mean MSG so be prepared if your tummy is delicate and sensitive to the condiment. If so just make sure you drink lots of water with your Pho. When I go to Vietnamese restaurants I always have the Dac Biet Pho with all the fixings. They were a little light on the added veggies but the broth was delicious and salty as I expected. I got the extra large but a large would've been sufficient. read more

My tender beef, brisket pho was mediocre at best. The broth was "thin" almost watered down a touch. I love pho and this wasn't horrible but I've certainly had way better. The name really throws me off. With that said, they are open from 10AM-10PM and the kitchen closes at 9:30PM. I find this location to be much better than the one on Buford Highway despite their hours. PARKING/LOCATION || Located in the same shopping center as Oh My and White Windmill. Pho 24 faces the street and has a lot of parking right in front of the restaurant. Pho tai is my favorite, a small is $7.95. This is not the most amazing place for pho, but because of its location and price, it's definitely reasonable! Soup warms the body and soul. Really not much else to be said. read more

The service was really good. My water was never empty. Literally every 5 minutes someone came and refilled our water. It was almost to the point where it got a bit annoying. Food was good. I got F4 com bo luc lac. Steak was so soft and the fried rice is so good. The only problem with this place is that it's not open 24 hours. The original store (on Buford highway) is 24 hours but this place isn't. I've seen the workers that have worked at the Buford location at this location, so I assume it's owned by the same owner; but it's not open 24 hours. I just think it's odd. False advertising? I was reluctant to try a new pho spot because no one does it like my mom's. But after some shopping in the area, we decided to grab something while the weather was cold. At first, the initial waitress didn't give off good vibes. After, an elderly man took our order instead. He was an absolute delight! Besides that, the food was great! We usually go to i luv pho down the road for a late night spot just bc thats the only spot opened so late. But the crowd was way too big and it was too busy for our liking, so we searched up this place hoping the one in buford would be open late night, but unfortunately it doesn't. So we decided to head to the duluth location(there are a few more locations as well). It was about 330am on a sat night and we went in and there was only another table that had occupants. I have enjoyed dining at Pho 24 for a number of times and have been quite pleased, overall, since being fairly new to the Vietnamese palate. My usual choices included the delicious Ph Rau, Đu Hũ (veggie tofu pho soup), scrumptious Ch Giò Rau (veggie spring rolls), and the thirst-quenching Đá Chanh Ti (limeade). The service has been friendly & speedy and, with going in the afternoons, the restaurant is not crowded at all. Moreover, free refills of the limeade were even given to-go during the first visit. My very last visit, however, was not so pleasant and I have been forced to consider never attending the restaurant again. So sad!! "What happened?", you may be wondering. Well, to make a long story short, I found hair in my pho soup. I, fortunately, have a gift of exceptional detection skills and was able to find a 1.5 inch piece of fine, light brown hair in the medium-sized bowl of broth, veggies, and tofu. SOOO disappointed, I was!! And for nearly ten minutes, I was unable to acquire the attention from one of the waiters to voice my discontent due to their involvement with the televised fútbol game. My sweets had to physically remove himself from the table and walk over to the bar area to gain attention. When the young staff was informed about the hair, they casually asked if I wanted a replacement, with neither an apology nor a sense of urgency and surprise. Perhaps they are used to patrons finding hair in their meals? Perhaps they haven't the maturity to be overly concerned about a hair? Perhaps I should have asked to speak with the manager? The worst customer service ever ... Not highly recommended especially if you bring kids ... If I can leave a negative star for this, I would. The food is just ok but the customer service is worst... The guy server was rude and unfriendly. I asked extra plate and bowl nicely because my kids will share the food. And then, he came back with the bowl and plate without any silverwares. How will we gonna eat? So, I asked again can we have silverware? And, the old guy server got really mad. He said we should have asked him one time. If he did his job, we wouldn't ask again (crazy) ... how do we suppose to eat rice and chicken in the restaurant without any spoon or fork on the table? They only have big spoon for soup and chopsticks on the table. And, we came with 5 people and he only gave us 3 glasses of water. Should we share drink with other people as well? We came, ate, and paid the full price. And, we got that kind of service. He also said he didn't care if we paid. He didn't even say appology to us after what he said and did... and expect us to leave the tips... My kids told me they didn't want to eat there anymore because they were really scared with that guy. If you cannot be nice to people, don't work in the service industry. I was really disappointed ... I used to come here often but after today we won't come back to this horrible pho place anymore ... Pronounced "Fuh", I was once told, and ever since I've had an inability to be anything but a fifteen year old concerning all the verbal puns that just roll off the tongue when this most iconic of Vietnamese foods is mentioned. It's like this was the one dish Michael Scott was allowed to name. But good Pho isn't a laughing matter, and it's worth searching for. Vietnamese restaurants have you covered, since a large chunk of them are the only competition 24-hour diners face at certain times of the night. I cannot imagine a better hangover preventer than a huge bowl of Pho. On the other hand, I'm sure a sufficiently-toasted patron has wound up face-first in one of these delightful cauldrons on more than one occasion. And we've had ample reasons for just such a scenario lately. Third down and in field goal range, anybody? Pho 24 is airy and welcoming, and snazzy inside in a wooden-table, pleasant aromas sort of way. Sometimes there are issues out front, though. I don't like loitering and/or smoking strangers eyeballing me or my ride when I pull up, even if they are kitchen staff. And the otherwise-sharp floor folks don't apparently understand their own phone system--like making sure it's working. Or answering it when it rings. Maybe they could reprint their business cards or menus with "(sometimes)" listed under the phone number; it seems more accurate. Despite that, once you're seated or at the take-out counter, everything comes together. The food is served in huge portions, particularly the Pho. The rice dishes are savory and delightful, and the vegetables and herbs served with them look almost like they came out of someone's garden; big, beautiful basil leaves still on the stalk, for example. One of the key aspects of Vietnamese food I enjoy is something the genre shares with Indian chow: a healthy respect for fresh ingredients. That's on display here, to be sure. Service is generally good, and the people are friendly, though at busy times you might find yourself leering around like a Meerkat on Discovery, looking for a server. It's not that those present aren't hustling, it's just that they sometimes have a tendency to vanish at the same time. There's a floating, almost apparitional quality to the service here, very much like some Korean establishments I've been to, and there are rare moments where you wonder if the place is understaffed. Overall, Pho 24 hits all the right marks, though, and its presence is welcome on Peachtree Industrial's sometimes-spotty food corridor.
