We are regulars here, and really enjoy the food. We have had a variety of dishes and soups, and everything has always been delicious. I love that they put some veggies like cabbage and zucchini in their chicken and shrimp pho...it really adds to the soup. Their broth is really good and the noodles are always cooked well. Pho tom and chay are our go to picks. This past week we tried the tofu summer rolls, the sauce was amazing. A coconut peanut based sauce? Have been ordering from them for months, always a solid choice for takeout. Great portions and fresh ingredients, a Thornton gem for sure! read more

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Nothing special and certainly there are many better places to get Pho (Saigon Basil IMO is the best in this area). Ordered Pho Tai - the broth was very bland as was the beef which was sliced too thickly. Bean sprouts looked old and tasted that way too. No cilantro offered either. I won't be going back. read more

The noodles pho were good and the wontons too but I went in earlier in the morning and the waiter boy was tired or something because after he took my order and took it to the kitchen he went to a long bench cushion along the wall of the restaurant and started sleeping!! I was very disappointed in my experience here. It smelled like stinky feet when we came in. The eggrolls were not traditional Vietnamese eggrolls but a bland tasteless version. I have pictures. First time here. My husband loves Vietnamese food and we've been to a few in the area. We both thought the food was great (noodle bowl and rice plate). It was clean and the service was very good. I'm a fan of tasty pho and good Vietnamese food. This place is much-needed in the Thornton area, compared to other pho restaurants. I'm writing this review after eating here three times. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. If you dine in, there's good service and plenty of seating. As another reviewer mentioned, you're getting REAL Thai tea and you can definitely taste the difference. If you order take-out, your food is ready in 15-20 minutes. Everything we've ordered has been fantastic. I found the shrimp vermicelli bowl to be too spicy for my liking, but that's a matter of taste. If you have kids, there are booths on every wall, so you can easily corral the little ones to the inside spots. If you are lucky enough to dine without children, there is table seating in the middle of the restaurant with plenty of elbow room between tables. read more

We went after about a week or 2 of it being open. As soon as we walked in you could notice the dirty tables everywhere so there was no where for us to sit. There was only one waitress and she seems overwhelmed and not familiar with the menu. We had to ask for water several times. It did take quite a while to get 1 pho and 2 noodle bowls considering that's all we ordered. My pork noodle bowl was not tasty to say the least. The pork was over cooked and the noodles were mushy, overall it was tasteless. At the end of the meal I ordered a strawberry boba. I took a couple sips and had to throw it away. It tasted like powder and had no real flavor to it. I don't know if it is just because they opened but they have some work to do before they can compete with Pho 7 (the one on 120th and Colorado). read more

I've eaten here 3 times since it opened and each time I've been very pleased with the food and the service. They offer a great selection of dishes and I love the several types of Spring Rolls they offer. Their Saigon Noodles are fantastic. The prices are reasonable and service is quick and friendly. So we got a coupon in the mail 3 weeks ago and figured we would try it. Called and someone answered saying they weren't open, try again next week. Called back, both numbers, and no answer. Called again last night and were finally able to get someone and order. But they do not deliver yet. No big deal, we will go and pick it up. Spring rolls were ok, we've had better. Pho beef noodle soup was ok, again not the best we've had. The pad thai though was as if it had been cooked yesterday, refrigerated, and then warmed over. Very 'sticky' and not fresh at all. We will think twice about trying this place again, especially since there are other good Pho places around that deliver. Disappointed, especially since it is so close to our house. read more

I used to live in Thornton and moved away to Boston with my husband and last time we went back to visit our family, my mother In law told me that they just opened a new vietnamese Pho place, I was so happy cuz i knew i could get my favorite vietnamese food there and dont have to drive all the way to Denver or Broomfiled. We love this place, The Food was good, especially the grill pork chop with Rice, they will give you big plate full of meat that can fill you up for the next day lol. It's wonderful to have a great pho place in your neighborhood! I get takeaway here regularly and it's always ready quickly; usually within 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly. Meat and veggies are fresh. The broth is tasty and well-seasoned. Good Vietnamese is supposed to taste fresh. Meats are grilled, and veggies are fresh and crisp. Both beef noodle bowl and combo noodle bowl were not great. Noodles were chewy and over cooked, meats were boiled and lacked flavor. For those that rave about this place, you should try the place on 104th in Thornton or go to just about any place on S.Federal. We won't be returning. For us, this is a one and done restaurant. We had seen it driving by and decided to give it a try. Wish we hadn't or maybe we should have stuck with Pho. The combination bun bowl was bland and lacked the fresh taste of other Vietnamese eateries. I would definitely skip the chicken curry which had a chili pepper next to it, so you would think it would be spicy. Not only wasn't it spicy, it was cloyingly sweet and tasted more of coconut milk than curry. Even adding hot oil to the dish couldn't improve the lackluster flavor and the gummy consistency. Definitely a first for me, chicken curry that was more of a potato curry. I don't expect to find food like we have had in Vietnam, but this is so far afield from that standard that we will not be going back. read more

The worst delivery service. They got our vegitarian order messed up by giving us beef broth instead of veggie broth. Who fucks up like that? When we called and asked them to fix the mistake theu said it was our fault and wouldnt refund our meal or send us the veggie broth. They also cant speak any understanable language so thats a barrier as well. Honestly i wouldnt even give it a 1 star more like -5 stars. read more

I brought my daughter here yesterday for the first time for us both. My daughter ordered a rice bowl with a side of fries. Before we got our food my daughter needed me to take her to the restroom which was located near the kitchen. As I was walking by, the cook rang the bell to let my server know our food was ready. At the time I saw the cook grab some french fries off of my daughter's plate and eat them. I was completely in shock! I told two different servers, neither seemed to care. They just said "OK". Yum! We tried the chicken and meatball noodle soups, and loved every bite. Flavorful broth, succulent slices of meatball and chicken, and just the right selection of sides (sprouts, pepper slices, fresh basil leaves, and lime).
