I just moved to CO and always pass this place. I finally went and it was an OK experience, not great. I picked up food and waited longer than quoted. We went over everything I ordered by each specific item. I paid in cash and didn't get all of my money back. I had to correct her. I get home and my kids' order was completely wrong. My kid does not like chicken tenders. So no food for him :( Plus the chicken tenders were dry! My chicken soup is tasty and large portions. read more

Came in need of something to warm me up. I was more impressed than I thought I'd be! I loved everything but the ambiance. Pros: -Meat was lean with very little fat. -This would be a great place to bring your family, tons of kids. -TV had football on, score! -My server was an absolute sweetheart! Absolutely disgusting and a poor excuse for Vietnamese food. Mixing a beef bouillon cube in a 5 gallon jug will get you the same flavor. Order to go and ask for allergy specific question and the person on the other line said their was no allergen , but when we had dinner, he had a reaction. I just want to first start with a disclaimer, I don't know the first thing about 100% authentic Pho but what I can tell you is that this joint is the bees knees in my book the service is always great , the food is always super hot (both spicy and actually hot) the wait is hardly ever long. I normally go here for lunch and I've only ever really had their shrimp pho but I look forward to trying other dishes as time goes by. read more

Pho ever.....YUM! I spotted this restaurant earlier in the week running errands, and since I was in the neighborhood today, took a chance to sample their brothy goodness. First observation - Pho Ever Yum has been open a few months but has solidified itself as a neighborhood joint. Sunday afternoon, and the restaurant was full of so many families. Pho was delicious; they're so much more than a pho joint, though. Lots of Asian and Asian-inspired dishes for those among us not interested in pho-ing it up. Staff was super-friendly. The last time I was here, the restaurant had just opened. My wife and I were pretty excited to have a Vietnamese restaurant close to home. Unfortunately it didn't leave us wanting more, but for some reason I thought tonight might be different. After a night out of shopping at the new outlet mall, I convinced my wife and daughter to have dinner here tonight. I thought, hey what the heck, maybe the first time was because of the chef. We stopped by for a late dinner. I ordered the wings from the appetizer menu and the #E1 egg noodle soup for dinner. The wings were deep fried and served with a Mae Ploy dipping sauce, which had a little "Sriracha" kick. There was no flavor to the sauceless wings, not even a hint of salt, just the taste of oil and chicken. I was expecting wings to be drowning in a special house sauce. Maybe I'd order more to go, but my dreams of that came to a halt after the first bite. Instead I asked my wife to finish the last piece before our main dishes came out. On to the #E1 egg noodle soup with pork and shrimp.With my chopstick and spoon in both hands, I started to separate the noodles looking for the shrimp and pork. To my surprise, other proteins that weren't supposed to be in the soup were found. Chicken and some form of dumpling was found lurking in depths of the bottom of the bowl, sunken along side my 1 piece of shrimp that was cut in half and 2 pieces of pork. The broth really had no flavor. It was as if the chef just kept adding water to a big pot of broth throughout the day, as customers ordered soup. One scoop of broth out, two scoops of water in. The noodles looked more like ramen, although they did have the texture and tasted like egg noodles. The pieces of carrots, broccoli, and cabbage in the broth seemed to have come from the frozen food section of the King Soopers across the street. I only say this because, I don't ever recall going to a Vietnamese restaurant and having broccoli served in a dish, especially a soup. Pho Ever Yum reminds me of a restaurant in Meridian, Idaho I visited while on a business trip. When I asked the owner of the restaurant why my grilled pork with rice looked more like pork fried rice, she replied, "We have to cater to the demographic here." We ordered delivery and so disappointed. The chicken was dried out and tough. It felt like barely seasoned shoe leather. The noodles were alll club need together and the egg rolls were somehow super soggy and oily yet dry on the inside. The rice was oily yet hard and crunchy. We did not fInish the food. The raccoons that raid our trash cans at night didn't even eat this stuff. We will not be returning. read more

I live around 4 min away from this place and love the quality. The atmosphere here is nice and spacious and it's evident that they care about keeping the place clean. I love it when the owners put pride into their business and this one meets my standards. They use actual Thai tea and not the powder mix, so extra bonus stars for that especially in the Thornton area. The prices are pretty decent compared to the other places in the area. We ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls and were blown away with what they came with. The entrees were pretty standard in what you should expect with pho and vermicelli bowls. The portions of meat were more than enough for one person. I had a combo vermicelli noodle bowl and had to bring the rest of my meal Togo. They'll be seeing a lot of my family and me in the future. read more

We were offered drink refills regularly and wifi was plentiful (read fast). The smallest pho portion is enough to satisfy a healthy appetite and the fish sauce is served on the light side which is fine with me. I got to appreciate the broth and the freshness of the herbs and cuts of meat (got the pho special with tripes and such.) I always ask if they take Amex which they don't, in case it's the only card you have (this is America, yeah right). This particular location used to be a pizza place but is now pho but honestly, I really like it. The food is great, I got the spicy beef noodle soup and it was one of the best pho dishes I've ever had. Staff was very welcoming and even though the they had some issues with their credit card machine, they were very accommodating. All in all, highly recommend! read more

Well, I went here based on reviews from Yelp. Was in the area and thought , yep I can handle some Pho tonight. Guess I am a bit spoiled from another location closer to home in Lafayette that this place just couldn't compete. I had "my favorite" dish, the combo vermicelli noodle bowl B1. Flavor was missing and the serving size was nothing to brag about. Egg rolls were tiny and got lost in the bowl. Meat was thin and wondered where that was too. Shrimp was cut in half. Overall, I wouldn't order this again. I went with grandkids who sometimes order Pho. Tonight they just wanted spring rolls and a side of Rice. Well, they wouldn't give us a side of Rice. We'd pay......of course. But no way. Not a possibility. No pleasing my 6 and 9 year old grandkids tonight. I won't go back for various reasons. Really not in that area very often anyway. No loss. I ate here tonight and my food was very good. I had the combo vermicelli bowl and the meat, noodles and vegetables were cooked the way I like and the way I expect they should be. I usually eat Pho on the 120th Avenue corridor near Pacific Ocean Market in Broomfield. Pho 79 is one of my regular stops but Pho Ever Yum exceeded my expectations tonight and was as good or better than Pho 79. It was over 50% full at 8 pm on a Friday and was very clean. The food here is delicious. The mixture of ingredients is just right with the perfect amount of noodles, veggies and meat. The sauce you drizzle on the noodle bowl has just the right amount of spice. My husband and I love this place. He typically orders the sesame chicken and I prefer the pad tai. Their wontons are the best in town with cream cheese pouring out the top. Their bobo drinks are also really good. The staff and owners are friendly and they always remember us and our order. The only suggestion I have is around the sweet and sour sauce, go back to the old recipe. The new sause is bland and watery. read more

My rating is based on takeout. That being said, 4 stars is really great for takeout. My biggest worry with getting pho to go is the dreaded soggy noodle and brother-logged veggies. But after a long day of work I simply didn't care and got Vietnamese egg rolls and vegetable pho to go. I got home and was DELIGHTED that they had the common sense to package the broth separate from the noodles, separate from the veggies and separate from the tofu. I was able to add it together in a bowl of the appropriate portion and my noodles were al dente!! And amazing feat for to-go pho! The Vietnamese egg rolls were also very good, not greasy in the slightest and deliciously crunchy and hot! I'm so glad I went to this place for my pho craving. A nice clean restaurant with easy parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I read a review that said portions were small so I ordered some egg rolls along with my Pho. The waitress suggested I get the medium bowl (as opposed to the large) because I had an appetizer and "that is a lot of food". She was right! I did not leave hungry and I could of skipped the rolls.
