Those that can pay, they suggest $20 for the meal, but it's truly whatever you can afford to pay. The money goes right back into the operations. Most of the staff there are volunteers: the only paid staff was the head chef. JBJ Soul Kitchen is a program from the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation. This is the same rockstar and actor, Jon Bon Jovi who established this foundation.
