Our second pho place to try in town -- cute, small and neat. They have a short and simple menu not overwhelming to choose from. We ordered the fresh spring roll, special combo beef soup, thai tea and taro milk tea. They are pretty generous when it comes to the sauce of the spring rolls. The broth were just right in taste and the amount of noodles, meat and veggies that cam with it -- again not too overwhelming when you tend to eat light. Thw eggrolls, spring rolls and Pho are all good, and the service is quick. I would not recommend the Thai Team with boba.... I ordered it on 2 separate visits and the Tapioca does not have the jelly like consistency. They are hard and fall apart when you bite into them. Came here in August. The staff was so friendly and they were wonderful! They brought the food quickly and when I accidentally chose the wrong item as I was describing them, they brought the food that I wanted. It's a small restaurant but it's very clean. Craving pho. Oh my! I was pleasantly surprised. I'm visiting from SoCal so believe me when I say that this is the best chicken pho I've ever had. I know that traditional pho is beef based but I love chicken soup especially for this trip since I had a cold. The chicken based pho broth had so much flavor and I love that it had white chicken meat. Service was good, food came quickly and price was right. I was disappointed, because the reviews on Yelp suggested the food would be good. It was not. We were seated quickly even during the busy lunch hour, and the servers were prompt and courteous, but the good points end there. We got the beef grape leaves appetizer, which I've had at other Vietnamese restaurants and loved. Pho 5up's version was tough -- the steamed leaves were undercooked, almost uncooked, so when you bit into them, the entire leaf came off and the filling, which was dry beef and lukewarm rice, fell out. We ordered two different pho entrees-- the chicken vegetable one had crunchy carrots and broccoli (ok if you like that, I guess, but I expected cooked vegetables in a soup). The broth, which is the essence of pho, was watery and flavorless. The beef and tripe pho also had flavorless broth. We both left the majority of our pho uneaten, didn't even bother rake it home. I've had pho at many different places -- some fancy, some very modest -- but sadly, this was the worst pho I've ever tasted. It was like Campbell's condensed chicken soup that had been diluted too much with waterand had some raw veggies added at the last minute. Judging by the many good reviews, maybe the chef was having an off day? I hope so, but I doubt I'll go back to find out. read more

I usually drive to Beltsville for my Pho but I think I have found a new home at Fit! I have gotten Pho with Rare Round Eye meat! My 85 year old Grandmother has gotten the Pho Brisket. My dad got the Pho with Chicken and veggies...devoured. My mom who doesn't eat Pho got a Chicken Rice bowl and loved it. We also got a Pot of tea. The teapot and the cups are adorable! The limes are fresh and big. The helping of bean sprouts is generous. The basil leaves are Huge! The staff is friendly. The place is clean! What more can you ask for? We will be regulars there! With limited Vietnamese options in Annapolis, this is my go to place for Pho. The pho is delicious and you get a hearty portion. I have to admit that I was VERY disappointed with the change-over. You can no longer get "bun" aka noodle bowls! Please, please bring them back! All you need for an authentic vermicelli bowl is protein, noodles, carrots, cucumbers, sprouts, basil, lettuce and nuoc cham. No peppers, corn or onions.
