I used to go here twice a week with co-workers. The usual waiter left and things have gone down hill horribly!!! A couple of weeks ago we were checking out and the guy repeatedly wiped his nose and face then handed us back our cards, then he went to the kitchen and delivered food. We were soooo disgusted but decided to check again because we love the place. We were walking in a few days ago and saw him walking to the kitchen wiping his nose AGAIN, we walked out and wont go back. This Pho is close to one of my kid's school. So we often dine here before school events. The broth is just right. Not too salty, and not sweet. Good portions of noodles and meat in their Pho dish. It's close to home, fast, HUGE portions, and usually tastes pretty good. When we eat at the restaurant, I get the rare steak pho, and it's really good, hot, and tasty! I don't like to get the raw meat home and have to microwave it with the broth to cook it, so I get the chicken pho when we do takeout. The chicken is hit or miss...sometimes it's Ok, and sometimes is REALLY, REALLY chewy. Also, the noodles can be tough and chewy sometimes, too...I've had the spring rolls, egg roles, and noodle bowls, all of which are decent. Nothing to write home about, but pretty good. Overall, this place is our go-to pho place when we want a quick service, and a cheap, warm meal! read more

The staff there are horrible. The worst customer service award goes to them. Every time we go there we always have to ask for more water. My inlaws went there once and was charged $30+ dollars for two phos and two bobas. That should of came out to less then $25. Being the nice people they are they paid for it and never went back. We just thought they were a new business and that was the reason for the inexperience work but we've gone back a few times and each time gets worst. They don't give a crap about you, they just want your money. Also, make sure they charge you the correct price. My sister in law ordered springrolls on the menu for $3.75 but paid close to $6 because they said it was $5 for springrolls. Don't go here, don't waste your time or money. read more

Went here after a cold day at the corn maze; Pho sounded like something that would hit the spot. The food was delicious, and we had decent customer service. It was a Sunday, lunch time and the restaurant was fairly full. Even so, our Pho came out very quickly and it was steaming hot. This restaurant is not too far from the BF's house, so I will be returning. It's interesting to see the reviews talking about the prices and price increases, because when we went there in October, I thought the prices were about average. It's no Pho Duy, but it's perfectly acceptable as a closer alternative for us. My first experience there was extremely negative. It was grand opening weekend, so they were a little green. I went and ordered take out and I think our order had been forgotten. I waited for about an hour before I got my food, which was fairly flavorless. I'm not sure why I decided to give them another try, but I did, and the service was just as good, if not better than Pho Duy, and the food wasn't half bad. It's actually fairly good. I can't give it more than 3 stars because the food flavor lacks the complexity of Pho Duy's pho, but we do like it now and we go there quite often. read more

I like to visit this place since its close to where I live. The Pho is good and service for me has always been quick and efficient. I always order the number 11 and spring rolls. The broth is flavorful and the spring rolls are just OK. They use lettuce as a filler. The peanut sauce is tasty. Just add some Sriracha for a little zing! read more

Excellent! I was never a fan of Pho-- completely converted now. I have tried ( and passed ) on quite a few pho spots. Glad I gave this one a try. I love getting the chicken--- extra noodles and extra been sprouts. Hot well flavored not pure salt broth with fresh herbs .. absolutely splendid. I love going into an asian good joint and actually seeing asians eat there. Always a good sign. They're open at 9 am and I can have traditional noodle soup for breakfast? My wife and I eat here at least 3 times a month. Service is fast and the pho is always hot and tasty. Egg rolls are a great app.

Demanded a tip even after the Worst service ever.! The waiter never once checked on us at the table!i had to go searching for someone to get silverware after sitting forever with nothing to eat with. Had to go find someone to get boxes and our check. NEVER ONCE did the waiter come by the table!! When I went to pay, the MANAGER refused to let my card go through unless I put in a tip. That's right! Even after I explained the crap service to them. They still demanded that I leave a tip! He argued and then talked crap about my wife and I as we were leaving. They'll never have my business again. I didn't even feel welcomed as soon I walked into the place. Food was good but I'm not going to support jerks like that!!! They also make up their prices as they go along I guess. I was over charged by $6. But the don't give you any kind of itemized receipt to look at so you know you were charged right forever thing. Didn't even realize they charged us wrong until my wife pointed out what we ordered and the prices. Something did not add up right. But no itemized receipts and none was even offered. Like I said. Great good at a great place.. Definitely one of the better Pho restaurants I've had the pleasure of stuffing my face at. Their serving sizes are spot on as a small size will fill most anyone. The price is excellent.. 7$ for a small bowl I believe, and as I stated previously a small bowl is more than enough to fill a stomach. Pho 7 has been our "go to" place for pho for years. We've literally eaten inside or ordered take out from here dozens of times and have always felt respected and good about the service. But today I talked to and met one of the rudest servers I have ever encountered. He hung up on me in the middle of my order. So I called back to finish my order. The 2nd time he said "OK" and hung up on me. When I went to pick up my order he shoved the ticket across the counter for me to verify but I couldn't read what it said. He pointed to a box of containers behind me. Since it was the only box on the table I assumed it was mine so I paid and left. When I got home it was the right order thankfully but the food was sub par at best. It was nothing like it had been in the past. We had ordered 2 bowls of pho, some Vietnamese egg rolls, and some pan fried dumplings. The pho broth was so salty we couldn't eat it and the eggrolls and dumplings were completely over cooked and dry. I'm not sure what has happened to this place but I won't be going back. read more

My family and I went to this pho last week, we were treated badly. They did not seat us, but a Asian couple and three white couples were seated instantly with a smile. Then the Asian and white couples were served before we could even get our order out. We packed up and left the building. I then told my in laws about it, they had a similar experience. They were served slowly, never got their drinks refilled, never brought out the sauces. They seen a white couple ask for the same thing from the same waiter and they were served instantly. They left without tipping, because they were treated so poorly and the owner came running out of the violins demanding a tip for the horrible service. I do not recommend this place unless you are white or Asian. I will taker my business to Chans inn. read more

I love this place! The food is good quality and very yummy. I usually get the chicken pho and love to get chicken spring rolls for my lunch the next day! I have food sensitivities and have a hard time eating out but their pho makes me feel so good that I sometimes have it like 3 times a week! Extremely good pho and a definite go to for fast, healthy, delicious food. I always get the shrimp and pork spring rolls and if you have not tried them I suggest you to. You can taste that they care and only use quality ingredients. You only need to order a medium pho even if you are extremely hungry b/c the large is just ridiculously big but would be perfect to share. This pho place is close to home and close to work. I tried it with my room mate and my boyfriend a while back and have been going pretty much weekly since then. The staff is very friendly and has taken to remembering our orders even. I even got my non-adventurous co workers addicted to pho thanks to this place :) I usually get a number 2 but a couple co workers have gotten the grilled shrimp or combo plates and those were excellent as well as their vietnamese egg rolls. I do prefer the broth at pho duy but its not worth the drive to me. I really like their boba as well, they do a good job of filling the cup to the top which unfortunately pho duy lacks =/ read more

I eat here one to two times a week. I love the chicken and vegetable Pho. The staff are awesome. They'll take the time to answer any questions you may have. The staff was kind of enough to communicate the the price increase before making it effective. Ah, this pho restaurant is not bad for it's location and how it's starting up. I'm excited to see how it goes for them. Overall, only 3 stars because, well, I've had better. Living in Denver for most of my life there are a few favorites that hold a special place in my, heart-er-stomach. =) Haha, so we've tried the Pho Tai (Regular beef), combo noodle bowl, and the combo rice plate. I do however, recommend this place to people who live in the Northglenn, Thornton, Brighton, surrounding areas because this place is pretty good for location. It's no Pho Duy or Saigon Bowl but it has the potential to be. However, if it becomes that popular, they might have to move - haha. Anyway, give this place a try!! The decor is nice and the Vietnamese music brings me back to my childhood. =) I'd recommend the combo noodle bowl (lots of variety and food) and the regular beef pho for now. Yum!
