I used to love this place but the meat has become lacking. Just straight up fat and one piece of steak. Disappointing

1) cash only-but there's ATM inside the restaurant to get cash out. You walk up to the counter to pay-staff doesn't bring you the check. 2) they're always busy but they're fast at seating you. Yummmm this pho is legit! So dang good! Personally, I think the broth is the most important part of pho, and the broth here is praiseworthy. I've had one too many bowls of pho that had me shotgunning a glass of water right after, but I noticed I didn't need any water at all here! The broth is that "clean" and definitely not greasy/oily. I got the number 2, and it had a lot more brisket than any other meat parts, but no complaints either way. The bean sprouts were super fresh and crunchy too. The service isn't the best in the world, but where they aren't showing up in service, they're making up for it with the quality of the food. Simple, concise menu. They just serve pho (no other vietnamese food). Cash only, there's an ATM inside. Broth is delicious, and the bowls come in 2 sizes. The portions are smaller than I've had at other restaurants, but I'm decently full anyways. I believe they put the cilantro in the broth? At least that's what I'm assuming because cilantro doesn't come on the side along with the basil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. Lines will be long but they are quick! Very busy place when we came, I can see they get a lot of business. Pho was decent, average. Ordered waters with lemon. Water came out, filled 3/4, no lemon. When I asked for lemon, he wanted to charge me $1 for it & he was very rude about it. That was a first, in all the places I've been to & had water with lemon. I will not come back here. Fantastic pho. About $7.75 for a small/regular and $8.75 for a large at the time of writing. This place has always been packed every time I go. Parking can therefore be a bit difficult. You can only pay with cash!! They have an ATM in the restaurant for you to withdraw cash from if need be, but if i recall correctly, the ATM fee was pricier than usual (since it's a privately owned one, after all). This place doesn't have any of your usual appetizers, like spring or summer rolls. They are a peanut-free facility, meaning they can't make or serve the peanut sauce that typically comes with summer rolls, or any other Vietnamese dish with peanuts in it. In exchange for less menu items, you will get faster service. Despite being crowded, service is a well-oiled machine. They seat you, take your order in the order you were seated in, and give you your food in that same order. read more

We stopped by Pho 75 late on a Friday night after arriving from the airport. We got there less than 5 minutes until closing and they were still kind enough to seat us! I heard great things about this place and was really looking forward to the food. I was hoping that they had spring rolls too, but they only serve pho. No worries! I'm glad they pick one thing and do it well. The interior was spacious so it's a good place for groups. The pho was delicious! It came out in under 10 minutes and was both hot and fresh. The broth had great flavor already, but I added some veggies, lime, and cilantro to it. No hoisin needed! I got the one with the slices of Eye-Round Steak, which I loved because the meat cooked in the broth and wasn't overdone. FYI this place is cash only! Make sure you stop by the ATM beforehand. The best pho in this area. The broth reminded me of my aunt's pho, which was comforting. It's hard to find solid pho from restaurants because their broth lacks a lot of flavor. It was sweet that the employees would be cleaning other tables of bringing pho bowls to other people and stop to ask us if everything was okay. The only thing that wasn't my favorite was the bo vien. Amazing, delicious, and CHEAP pho. Get a large bowl for just $9! The portions are super generous and they give so much meat that we were surprised. We got carryout and everything was still hot and fresh when we got home. They also give a lot of bean sprouts and mint too. You can also order extra noodles on the side if you're extra hungry or want to share one bowl (you'll definitely want your own once you taste it though). You'll need a big soup bowl to pour the soup and noodles into! They come in separate containers. I would recommend heating up your soup on the stove and adding in the noodles to soften them up, but it is also good just mixed together too. The flavors are very good and it is very authentic. Service was quick and efficient, right down to checkout at the counter. - The beef pho here is top notch because every element was just as it should be, from the meat as noodles to broth and accompaniments such as basil leaves and bean sprouts. Absolutely loved the deep flavour of the clear broth when it looked so uncomplicated. Their iced tea is only $0.50 and was definitely worth a try.
