On my search for the best Pho in Denver, I visited Faifo Noodle House last year and got their Beef…read morePho with extra Beef Rib. The broth was deep and aromatic and the portion size, especially with the beef rib, was massive. Everything was so impressive that since that visit, this place has been on my regular rotation for pho. Beside Pho, they have a few other offerings, one of which is rather unique. For the more adventurous, Faifo offers a spicy beef pho. This is a dry-style pho serves with all the fixin' and a spicy sate style sauce that makes for an amazing meal on a hot day. It also comes with a bowl of pho broth for satisfying sips between bites. This is easily one of my favorite dish on the menu and a must try here. Beside that, I've also had their Bun Bo Hue, which is pretty dang tasty. The broth is very tasty, though not as funky or spicy as ones I've had in Vietnam. Nonetheless, it's a mighty tasty bowl and something to get for the colder days here in Denver. Both the Bo Kho and the Banh Canh are also very good as well, though not a must compared to other dishes on the menu. Overall, Faifo is a great Vietnamese restaurant. The value is also tremendous given the portion size. This is an easy 4/5 for me.

The broth is clean from the hours of simmering bones to create a savory, collagen-rich base. You can taste the freshness of the soup garnished with fresh cilantro, green onions, fried shallots, lime, and chili oil. Plus you get a boat load of proteins and garnishes - shrimp cake, imitation crab meat, shrimp, quail egg, mushroom, tapioca noodle, onion, cilantro and black pepper. I addressed it calmly, and instead of correcting himself, he became even more dismissive and defensive. Thankfully, the owner apologized and was very kind. However, this kind of behavior from a server is completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated with that level of disrespect.

I went to Pho 78 for dinner with my family for the first time. The interior design of the restaurant has a mixed of traditional and modern look. The service was fast and professional. I ordered pho dac biet and spring rolls. The soup had a rich delicious flavor and smelled very much like the one made by the best pho restaurant in Vietnam. The egg roll size was bigger when compared to the one from other pho restaurant. The egg roll were crispy and tasted so GOOOOD. Everyone in my family certainly enjoyed the food here. One of the worse pho I have ever been. I was there week day for dinner. Employees has no respect for customers, the guy who was taking our order he didn't even ask for drink, we request for water but he forget out water we had to remind him, pho was not that hot enough, when we check out no word come out from his mouth all he did was grab my credit card and charge the amount, no any expression, we had done nothing wrong all we want was nice and respectful dinner with my family. Nicely-done renovation at the restaurant. The service is fast and friendly. Pho tastes differently but tastes better because of its new rich flavor. Pho also smells better, smells like the authentic pho from Vietnam. The rice dish seems larger and the grilled meat tastes so delicious. The jackfruit boba drink tastes excellent. Been here twice, terrible service both times. I read DS's review and i think my wife and i had the same waitor, he was rude, arrogant, and seem to not care about customer service. An older man at the front was also arrogant and it seem our tab was a bit high for a medium and small pho. They did not include a tip or anything crazy, but we will not be returning. This Pho is like a spa for your face and body. It's so refreshing. I recommend Pho #3 with Steak. Contrasted with cold Vietnamese coffee and you have the perfect lunch.
